07/01/2024: French on vacation. This restaurant offers a very pretty sea view, magnificent terrace. Friendly staff, the dishes are well stocked, I had a fish and chips, it was a little greasy, the same for the fries, it was still good... The burgers lacked cheese. High prices but these are the prices in Ireland.

27/03/2024: From the front door on we were made very welcome and throughout our stay, we were "Spoiled" by the wonderful team on duty. We're looking forward to returning...hopefully with a front facing room(I love traffic☺️). Thanks to all of you guys 👍

25/03/2024: Great hotel to stay. It’s in the center of town. The restaurant’s food was great. Also, long term parking is behind the building across the street from the hotel if not you in short term. I had to pay for both because there is not a sign that determines shirt or long until you speak with hotel front desk.

22/03/2024: Despite the franchise being under new ownership for about two years now, the standard of food and service has been maintained. I would go out of my way to order here such is the consistency. It’s not perfect here but where is? I’ve had a small number (less than 3) of times when my order has been problematic. There has never been an issue resolving it. Typical of most SuperMac restaurants I’ve frequently actually. Must be a core value of the chain. Service here is friendly with a diverse and multicultural staff. Orders can take some time to prepare however but this is not necessarily a negative as it means orders are being prepared freshly. Management is very friendly and easy to deal with. Food is prepared freshly and you can tell in the taste. Only negative really is the restaurant seating area is not very appealing and I’ve not dined-in for years. This is perhaps more of a chain issue for SuperMacs. Overall, I would recommend it for consistently fresh and tasty food, and good service with a friendly smile.

19/02/2024: Cheese burger was cold after 3 minutes journey home, chicken breast burger also not warm enough, not first time let down by food,service here,does the brand no favours

30/03/2024: Very poor menu choices , had beef was very chewy and pint glass was dirty , staff very friendly couldn’t fault them but food is of poor quality compared to the foleys of old , won’t be going back

12/03/2024: We were looking for a place to eat late Sunday evening. Luckily we found Foley 's in Lismore. Lovely young staff, so friendly and helpful. Food fantastic. Invited for a sing song in the bar on the way out. A hidden gem, check it out.

21/08/2023: The chicken curry was a bit bland and the onion rings were frozen ones but everything else was lovely we got a chicken chow mein, king prawn fied rice, chicken balls and honey wings all very nice. Also there are mushrooms in the curry, which I don't mind, but I know that a lot of people don't like them. The girls we were dealing with at the counter were lovely

05/02/2024: Absolute top quality toasted sandwiches in a great café. The grub took a while to arrive though - one poor girl all on her own doing all of the lunchtime sandwiches. Otherwise, fantastic, highly recommended 👍

14/01/2024: If I could give no stars I would. Can’t say anything about the quality of food or drinks as when myself and a friend arrived at 3.30pm we entered the cafe. 4 staff ignored us after we said hello twice. When we finally asked could we have some sandwiches we were told “deli’s closed” Train you staff to have even the basic of customer service and don’t advertise your opening hours as closing at 4pm if you’re refusing customers 30 minutes before.

03/04/2024: We were a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews here, but we stayed in Lawlors last night and I can't speak highly enough about the staff. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, but I knew that when I booked it. There was an issue with hot water but staff got a plumber out straight away and it got sorted. We were offered a free drink in the bar for our inconvenience but we had the kids with us. Breakfast this morning was perfect and again the staff were super. The lady serving us noticed I had gluten free bread (for my son) and she offered to toast it for us. We were able to store our bikes safely inside the hotel. Free parking - and we could stay in it after we checked out. Location is perfect, beside excellent restaurants and super close to the greenway. All staff were friendly and keen to ensure we had a good stay. We'll definitely be back!

24/03/2024: Toilets are very dirty & slippery,no toilet tissues. Price's in bar jumping up & down. Food good . Not the best place to stay.
