10/03/2024: Great fish and chips, got the hake. The batter is light and crispy, one of the best battered fish I've tasted. Service was excellent and was even checked on by the chef.
I was not from the area but the fish and chips would be something I would travel for if I live in Ireland.
Only one minor recommendation, for dine in, why don't you have it on plates, it could be compostable plates too, but it would just be easier to eat the fish and chips, the takeaway box is the default for dine in or takeaway and isn't the easiest to eat from.

15/03/2024: Just came for a snack and had the lunch menu.food is excellent,4 star,the seafood chowder was delicious,the chicken superb ,the service fast, staff very helpful and always there to help,plates were hot, well i will be going back here more often.

24/03/2024: Our first time eating at The Latch Tallow Co Waterford . Sunday Lunch . They were very busy which is always great to see . The food and staff were 5Star top class . Beautiful Irish food at top standard . Keep doing what you are doing well done .

24/01/2024: A tranquil, chic restaurant with small discounts. Unfortunately, it was only after visiting the restaurant that I noticed that there must have been some kind of resin (cleaning agent?) on my chair. Because my pants suddenly had sticky spots that couldn't be easily removed. The food was quite good, even if it was very expensive in relation to the portion: on recommendation, my companion ordered a fish plate. But this portion was so small that he was still hungry when he left the restaurant.
13/11/2023: Taking an art class and never being here before, I walked in not knowing reservations were being taken for dinner. Even so, I was escorted to a nice table and waited on by a wonderful waitress who presented me with great service and the fish and chips were delicious. Her service was refreshing and gleaned a nice tip from me!

Edit. Yeah maybe but your lack of care here shows. You have no problem with the food being robbed off a hospital patient might I add. You got paid though so all is good
03/12/2023: Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating with a large group with all separate bills and many requirements. Plates were left empty as the food was good!

16/03/2024: We are a couple in a Motorhome. First off is that the Saratoga Bar were happy for us to park in the car park as we were having a meal & a few drinks!
There are more & more bars around Ireland that are doing this which is great!
Anyway, they have just started up with their new menu & we weren't disappointed. I think it's the first time both of us have said WOW to a meal in a bar in a very long time! Absolutely 10/10 & very reasonable. Really lovely staff as well.
I had the boneless half chicken with polenta chips & my partner had the special which was pan fried hake. Definitely somewhere we'll come back to. Oh & the tiramisu "cappuccino"... DIVINE!!
12/03/2024: I loved this placez very comfortable and far away from the chaos of city life . Will def go back again in Summer 🏝️
