14/03/2026: My brother has additional needs due to Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. While he was simply enjoying himself, dancing, and having a good time like anyone else, we were asked to leave. There was no disruption — just someone expressing happiness.
Not all disabilities are visible, and situations like this highlight how important awareness and understanding are in public spaces. People with additional needs have the same right to enjoy a night out, listen to music, dance, and socialise without feeling judged or excluded.
I would encourage staff and management to keep this in mind in the future and to consider disability awareness training. A little understanding can make a huge difference.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that others with hidden disabilities are treated with the respect, dignity, and inclusion they deserve. being dragged clean out with additional needs is absolutely unacceptable and do not go if u want a good night and have a disability and you will be taken out if enjoying themselves not even one star absolute dogs in there

27/05/2026: Food was rather nice but decided to get a Mozie ice cream and the manager made it and filled half way and barley added topping not up to expectations and was disappointed considering the price

18/09/2023: Dog friendly. Good food. Little expensive i thought but it was really nice flavour. Chicken gougons had a harf cripsy coating and the smash burger was really good. Order took a bit long but we'll worth the wait.

I had "Squash bhaji" which was really good. Chips could have less or non salt, especially for kids meals.

14/08/2025: Security in the pub are incompetent, was there with my partner during spraoi, some drunk fella took our seat and refused to go despite us politely asking him, bouncer (young tall dude with the beard) did little effort to move him away and then shook his hand and started being rude to us told us to go away. Would never recommend this place

21/08/2025: WE VISITED THE WHITE HORSES RESTAURANT IN ARDMORE RECENTLY FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION AND WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. THE STAFF WERE VERY CURT AND DISMISSIVE TO US AND OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME TO OUR TABLE ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS WHILE WE WERE EATING AND MOVED CUTLERY AND GLASSES. NOT AN "EXCUSE ME" OR A WORD OF APOLOGY. THIS HAPPENED ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS QUITE RUDE REALLY. WE HAD A WAY OVER PRICED MEAL AND ON PAYMENT AS WE WERE LEAVING NOT" A DID YOU ENJOY YOUR MEAL " OR A "THANK YOU".¹ RUDE AND CURT. WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. A VERY BAD AND EXPENSIVE MISTAKE.

21/08/2025: A five star experience here the other evening. Went with my mother and partner and blown away by the whole experience. The three course menu is great value for Ireland, the wine list comprehensive and, most importantly, the service outstanding! Kudos all round.
04/08/2025: Visiting from West Virginia enjoyed great food and atmosphere. Gavin did a wonderful Irish coffee demonstration. Definitely the icing on the evening😍
