17/03/2025: Dinny is an absolute gentleman and he and his colleagues work tirelessly to ensure everyone is looked after. My wife can’t eat dairy or red meat so Dinny came to the table (as she’d only ordered chips) to bring her some vegetables and roast chicken so she wouldn’t be hungry. His kindness and attention to customers is something else.

19/02/2025: Love this place! Travel from Wicklow town just to eat here, the soups are the nicest soups I have ever tasted, along with every other thing I’ve had from the menu! The staff are all really friendly as well! The only criticism I have is taking off the calamari from the menu because it was again one of the nicest I’ve had !

04/02/2025: I went to The Burnaby for the rugby match between Ireland and England. The overall environment was warm, welcoming, and very enthusiastic! I enjoyed a Guinness and the Cauliflower Fritters! I would definitely recommend coming to The Burnaby to watch a sporting event as there are screens all around the place. to view the events

24/02/2025: I won't talk about the restaurant aspect because I haven't tasted the dishes served so I don't know. But we came to drink hot chocolate and cappuccino for a snack, and we took the opportunity to have a little cake. Don't make this mistake! The tiny slice of pie was €4.50, we were shocked at how small it was, plus they defrosted it in the microwave. As for the reception, it can be okay but we couldn't sit on the sea view side because that was reserved for large groups (there was no one seated when we were there). If you can avoid it (at least for the snack), do so.
