16/03/2026: A nice little cafe, bested in the foothills of the Wicklow mountains. Very popular with walkers and locals alike. Plenty of location filming in this area too. For a little village of its size, it seems to have no problem drawing big stars. Irelands very own Hollywood

06/04/2026: Went here as a party of 3 for Sunday lunch. It was very busy so they took our details and said they should have a table in 20 mins. We did a little walk around the harbour and about 10 mins later my phone rang and our table was ready. Even though it was 12.15pm, and breakfast ended at 12pm, I was still able to get the scramblers and bacon which was fab. We also ordered the eggs benny and mini breakfast. 3 meals, 2 coffees and a softdrink later, the bill was €55 and we were full and happy!

26/03/2026: The food is usually excellent, but this morning my scrambled eggs were overcooked, unseasoned and served cold. So disappointing! Not sure what happened, but would make another attempt, based on previous positive experiences.

17/03/2026: Best pizza in Bray! Very friendly people!

16/03/2026: A bar located on the Bray Coast, with a very strategic location. It has a lovely view of the sea from inside. The service is excellent. The food is plentiful, served at the right temperature, and presented beautifully. The atmosphere is a bit noisy due to the large number of people inside. You can watch rugby and football matches, but you need to book well in advance. One slight drawback, in my opinion, is the table arrangement. However, despite this, I was given a table after waiting 20 minutes.

17/03/2026: A hidden gem just past the glen of the downs. Great food and deserts very well priced. Staff are very freindly. We will be back.

16/03/2026: Had a refreshing Kopparberg cider at the Grove Bar with my friends, such a great spot to unwind! The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

23/03/2026: Nice staff but the food was terrible. Ordered seafood linguine as it was a special on the day. It was terrible. It was like a seafood chowder with pasta added. It did not taste nice either. Nice place and staff very helpful but the food let's this place down.

03/04/2026: Nice atmosphere and good friendly service. Food was unfortunately not up to standard. Even when questioning to quality, chef defended their food saying that it should have been as it was - ie a huge chunk of fat in the sandwich (rather than actually having some actual ham) just disappointed with the response too.

02/03/2026: We could not have been happier with our wedding at Rathsallagh House 😊 We live in Australia and only saw the venue in person for the first time on our wedding day - but from the start, the communication was super clear and Megan was so friendly that we always felt at ease. We genuinely trusted them to make our special day perfect, and they truly did. The house itself is spectacular. Driving up the avenue, we felt incredibly lucky to be getting married there. We had 70 guests at our wedding which was in the drawing room. We loved the cosy, warm, Christmas atmosphere. What we loved most, though, was the staff. We felt so special and so well looked after all day. Tara was our wedding coordinator on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was supportive, warm and professional — exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. We had the glam room that morning, which was the perfect way to start the day. The room is beautiful and the food was lovely. Our guests are still talking about the two lads behind the bar — they were fantastic all night. The day after the wedding, Nikki kindly and enthusiastically took us on a tour of the house so we could see all the rooms. Our bridal room was amazing — we loved the bath, and enjoying a nice coffee brought to our room. We honestly can’t wait to return and wish we could do it all over again.

31/03/2026: Recently visited The Wild Goose and absolutely loved it ❤️ Such a cosy atmosphere, genuinely warm service, and most importantly, really delicious food. Everything feels simple but made with care — definitely a place you want to come back to. Highly recommend!

29/12/2025: Food was good and staff was friendly. The only issue was an unannounced service charge of 12%. I would pay it happily if I knew about this from the beginning not until when they bring the bill.

03/03/2026: Myself and my friend (Jane and Andrew) stayed at The Martello for three nights last week, we had a truly amazing stay. I have stayed at the Hotel before but it was Andrew's first time. The staff are so friendly, kind and informative. The food is delicious - my favourite was the Mussels - to die for! Well done to everyone ! Until we see you again!

02/03/2026: The perfect place for our weekend. Very close to the Dart. Opposite the beautiful promenade and the sea. Spotless rooms. Really helpful staff. Fabulous Irish Breakfast. The bars and restaurants are beautiful So many spaces to sit and enjoy yourselves. Food is gorgeous

29/03/2026: Always love the Hungry Monk. Book early and make sure you get a comfortable table. Some tables are smaller for 2 or 4 and some offer some more elbow room.

09/03/2026: Managed to get a table on a Sunday. Exceptional Roast beef & yorkshire pudding. Great service & food in this long established family restaurant in Greystones.
