17/02/2024: went here many times before for all you can eat,very disappointed this time,went in looking for all you can eat,says it stops at four o clock,and the person at the front desk said half three,and after that when went to order from the kids menu,she aggressively said that were too tall for it not very happy with this,have a word to them.

11/01/2024: Went here in May while visiting Ireland and am still craving the food, company, and atmosphere. The curry was amazing, the Manger and staff a joy to speak with, and loved looking out at all the boats. It was a wonderful experience and definitely will return next time we are in the area! And if you want to send me that curry recipe I wouldn't mind! 😋😜

13/12/2023: Newly opened sushi restaurant. Pretty small. Seems to be family business. No interior. Hard to find. Card payment doesn't work. Orders from just-eat aren't going through. But the food quality is just fantastic. Hope they will invest more time and achieve a great result with their business

07/12/2023: No doubt one my favourite restaurants, every single time I place an order the staff is always extremely friendly and provide a good quality meal, just today my order was about half an hour late and the driver apologised profusely and I saw that 3 extra desserts were added to my meal as a sorry. The customer service here never goes unappreciated and I have never been in a restaurant that appreciates its customers more. 10 stars if possible :)

29/03/2024: it’s been 2 hours since i ordered and food hasn’t been delivered yet. Nobody is answering the phone or contacting me update after reply: i called the restaurant multiple times and was not answered. You did not try to call me at all it took you nearly 2 hours to deliver. when you did i watched the driver pull up and come out they weren’t not there waiting for me they just took that long they called when they arrived which was at 5:45 when the order was placed at 4

08/03/2024: Food arrived cold, definitely recooked left overs, sauces were cold, no excuse when you’re only a stone throw away from the business, avoid ordering

04/02/2024: ordered at 6:33, it had been an hour and a half, so i called to ask where my food was. i understand nights can be busy, especially waiting for drivers, but i had never waited that long for takeout from here, especially because i live directly across the street. wife is type1 diabetic, had to treat her for hypoglycemia because we've never had food take over an hour to arrive. when i rang at the 1:30 mark, i was told the machine was broken, so they had only received my order. asked if i wanted to just cancel it, i said i would wait. no apology or anything. food came 20-30 mins later, missing one of my items. i rang back and was just going to ask for a refund on it, but they said it was ready and the driver had just forgotten, so not wanting to waste food i said alright to it being delivered. another full hour. it took another full hour to bring 1 item of already cooked food across the street. still no apology on the item being missing or anything. food quality was not worth all that. we won't be ordering from here for a long time.

02/12/2023: I have been a regular customer with Nikkos.l have dined in twice.l regularly order for delivery.The staff are amazing,the food is excellent,especially Avocado salad,Cream cheese and Salmon Sushi Rolls.From a delivery standpoint l have found them to be taking less time than b4.lt is well worth the wait be it sit down( this is why l plan by going a little earlier when a booking is made).As l said l mostly get delivery due to my health.I always make a point to say Thanx to staff and Masterchef,as particularly with items like Sushi,are a little time consuming to make.l am sorry to hear that some peoplehave had bad experiences.Yes it can be disappointing.Although l never had problem with service on any level,perhaps( and l am sure people are anxious to eat and do so quickly to ENJOY.)Sometimes a little positive feedback in any area of a bad experience can result in waitresses feeling less stress and a bad experience can quickly turn around in customers favour.Every time l order a dish now,there is always a little extra Avocado,salmon nicely presented with much thought or an act of kindness like free fruit tea as an attempt to make experience better.Personally for me,by exercising patience it's all turned out great.l do not wish to diminish any unsavoury experiences a customer has had.l respect their opinions,but knowing this is a service for Customers,paying customers it is important we make efforts to understand how hard staff do really work and also many times l suspect,understaffed. Thankfully l have been very lucky.Please try again to visit Nikkos or order from home.lf not happy tell them.lf it is a first visit to Nikkos,one visit can't predict future experiences.I say this with full respect.I would like to say,everyone in Nikkos has been wonderful and serves great food.Have a wonderful day.MM.

01/04/2024: I recently dined at Wagamama , I must say that the quality of the food did not disappoint. However, my dining experience was marred by the disappointing service provided by the waitstaff. From the moment we were seated, it was evident that the waiters were not attentive or friendly. They seemed disinterested and impatient, and when it came time to take our orders, they often got them wrong or forgot key details. Additionally, despite multiple requests, we were never brought water to our table, which was especially concerning as I had young children with me who needed to stay hydrated. When I finally mustered up the courage to inquire about the missing water, the waiter who approached me did so with an air of annoyance and impatience. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly disappointing and put a damper on what could have been a pleasant dining experience. Furthermore, there was a noticeable delay in the service overall. Our food took longer than expected to arrive at our table, and we had to wait for extended periods of time for our plates to be cleared and for our bill to be processed. In conclusion, while the food at Wagamama is undeniably delicious, the subpar service provided by the waitstaff leaves much to be desired. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall dining experience for their customers.

20/02/2024: Out of this world delicious sushi rolls @€5.50. On our most recent visit, we tried two types: yellow fin tuna and spicy prawn, both scrumptious. With a generous side portion of beautiful pickled ginger @€0.50. Fantastic value for a light lunch for two. My favourite sushi in Ireland besides Wacafe in Galway.

03/11/2023: Used to love this place but I can’t justify going here anymore because of the price increase. We all know the prices of everything have gone up but a poke bowl is €17 now😢 for the portion size it’s just not worth it. Very disappointing
