24/08/2025: Went for dinner last weekend with my family. Our first time there and will definitely make the journey from Cork again to visit. 17/09/2025: I stayed & ate in Silken Thomas last two nights. Accomodation, food, service & atmosphere was exceptional! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff were friendly & welcoming. Would highly recommend for a night away or a bite to eat. Thanks for the wonderful Kildare hospitality!

14/09/2025: Nice place to stay. We weren’t lucky to have any nice view from our window, and fans located just under our window outside building were little bit noisy. Other than that very nice spot. Definitely will come back

07/09/2025: We had an absolutely phenomenal lunch at Strongs Café, on our way to Cork. If we had time to stop on our way back, we would’ve stopped! We cannot recommend this place enough. The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy. Even our 21 year-old picky eater who loves less than healthy food love her meal. The coffee is also delicious, the service is excellent and the place is incredibly cute. Don’t miss this place!

08/09/2025: Incredible good, really. It is a little bit more expensive than the others in the area, but for sure worth it. The bread served before the main, the meet, the sauce, the leek, everything in the perfect cooked time, and what a combination. Also, amazing atmosphere and service. All staff smiling and super polite. The host was so kind and friendly, managed to get a table for us even with just half an hour before closing. Really exceed my expectations. Congratulations for all team!

19/06/2025: Been there quite a few times recently. The food is high quality and well made, but in my opinion, it's the coffee that stands out. Probably the best latte I've ever had. Just be aware that the shop is quite small so getting a table can be hard at peak times.

26/06/2025: Popped into JB Mahoney recently and honestly, what a find. It’s got that rare mix of proper character and a genuinely warm atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. The Guinness? Spot on, creamy, smooth, poured with care. You can tell they take pride in it, which is more than you can say for a lot of places. And if you haven’t tried the Algerian, you’re missing out – bold, rich, and absolutely delicious. A proper pint to remember. The bar staff are brilliant, friendly, funny, and somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly even when it's packed. Even, the teachers chap I was speaking to inside. JB Mahoney’s strikes that perfect balance: welcoming, down-to-earth, but with real quality behind the bar. Whether you're in for a quiet one or a few rounds with mates, this place just gets it right.

10/09/2025: First time at Cunningham's. Awesome pub! Had an all-out fun time and the chicken wings are to die for. Bonus: the walking view along St. Anne's boardwalk was stunning. I can't wait to go back.

21/09/2025: I already know Saba from Dublin on Baggot Street. That’s why we recently visited Saba in Kildare. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We were two adults and two children, and the bill came to €140. I should mention that our children ordered full adult meals, and I had one beer. I understand that quality comes at a price, but at some point it just feels excessive. The food was good, but not outstanding in terms of quality. Sadly, we will not be returning.

18/08/2025: Just got a vanilla iced latte from Sanook, the attached bar area. Was served by G who was amazing and showed such great attention to detail. Her customer service was phenomenal and she is an asset to your company.

14/09/2025: Great little spot with amazing cinnamon rolls and coffee. The food from the deli wasn't heated too well but other than that, it is really a great spot.
