The Gables restaurant & farmhouse accommodation
01/09/2025: This place is no longer offering any food services.
06/08/2025: Rooms are open and available. John is a fantastic host. We are staying from 4 August through 7 August 2025.
The restaurant is closed temporarily to the public, but John makes a great breakfast for guests each morning.

13/06/2026: Coffee was good and so was the cookie. But the seating was shocking as was the chicken sandwich. Worst of all was the lack of toilet facilities. Advised to go to the supermarket was not the solution.
19/04/2026: The food was good, the people running it were so friendly and their kid was the highlight of the place, always find it nice when a kid is reading or doing the homework at the back of the shop, I’ll be back next time I’m down. Didn’t have to wait long for the food either!

19/08/2025: If you want a small town Irish feel, this is it. Great local people and friendly staff. Is cash only. If you run into Mick and Eddie, you'll have a great laugh.
