31/08/2024: Beautiful coffees But the building is in dire need of renovation and the atmosphere is lacking. The young lady with the black hair and tattoos that works there is the friendliest girl you would ever meet. Very Kind And Always ready to help u. Service very good but prices very high for foods as is always seen with costa. .

04/08/2024: Coffee is nice as you would expect. Scone was inedible as was the raisin pastry (tasted synthetic, shop-bought and dry). I got a refund. The place is empty.

01/10/2024: Hi i arrived to the hotel with my family its our second time there in the past few months, and I will say I can't fault the place in anyway, on arrival we had nothing but respect from staff on both occasions very friendly attitude and also we went for dinner on Saturday night and absolutely amazing service a special thank you to Maddy and a waitress called amelia, very plesent and u can just tell from both of them they actually care about the customers and like to make sure the customers are very comfortable during there time there. We will be visiting the hotel again soon amazing atmosphere, also during breakfast time nothing but respect and genuine care from the staff .I would recommend a stay at the twin trees 💯 per cent food is amazing and also the swimming pool steam rooms jacuzzi very clean and well maintained Thank you to the management at the hotel for such a nicely run establishment and very respectfull staff 👍
