20/10/2024: We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ballina Manor Hotel, and although we didn’t stay overnight, we were absolutely blown away by the experience and will definitely return to stay in the future. From the moment we arrived, the ease of parking made a great first impression—super convenient and hassle-free! The restaurant is pure luxury, with an elegant, almost magical ambiance enhanced by the soft glow of candles. You could easily mistake the setting for a beautiful wedding venue. The stunning views of the river added even more charm to the evening. The food was not only visually stunning but incredibly flavorful. The portions were huge, and to our surprise, the prices were very reasonable for such high-quality dining. I ordered the duck, which was so tender it melted in my mouth. The kids’ menu was also fantastic, with plenty of options for little ones. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making the experience even better. This place offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort—it truly feels like a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back, and next time, we’ll make sure to stay overnight to enjoy more of what Ballina Manor Hotel has to offer!

19/09/2024: Have got the same latte in swinford amd was always syrong tasting very nice enjoyable coffee but got the same latte fir the first time in ballina and tasted like hot milk with the smallest hint of actual coffee. Disappointing.

04/10/2024: I would not recommend this place. I never had korma that was white before, I guess they run out of turmeric? When asked to get orange juce I got served Fanta. Seriously?

04/09/2024: Went n last night before 9pm with my son , ordered our food , then when we received our food and sat down the guy behind the counter was shouting at us saying we couldn’t sit down cause they were closing and cleaning but the sign said they were closing at 11pm. The tables were filthy anyway I told him we would be 5 minutes and he turned around in front of everyone and said to himself (about me) “SOME PEOPLE” in a sarcastic tone . The cheek of him. I said to him a few minutes later that I should have been made aware of this when I was ordering and not after I got my food , he said he was saying it to everyone else and started raising his voice at me and started arguing with me. Big guy with glasses I believe his name was GARY made our experience terrible and my 8 year old son was left shaken and in tears leaving . This guy shouldn’t be allowed work in a family restaurant a disgrace . WONT BE COMING BACK

27/10/2024: Useless doesn’t come close. I ordered 3 meals, I was given the bag of food with two drinks. I informed them that I paid and ordered 3 full meals, therefore there should be three drinks. They gave me the third drink. When I got home, I realised there were only two bags of chips in the bag, instead of three. The place wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know how they could have got it so wrong!!!! Absolute joke of a place!!!

13/10/2024: Went here with my family last night, the rudeness from the ladys on the tills was absolutely shocking, iv been coming too this supermac for 20yrs with my husband an kids an I was appalled and upset, as was my little girl.
