20/03/2026: I went there for dinner today with four people, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a burger from the kids’ menu, and it was really bad. We also had chicken wings, which were actually good, and a burrito that was supposed to be not spicy. All the dishes arrived except for the burrito, which took a long time. When it finally came, it was spicy, even though we had specifically asked for it not to be. We asked one waiter about the delay, and he said he would check on it, but he never came back. After the burrito arrived and we had already started eating, we asked another waiter if it was supposed to be that spicy. He also said he would check, and again, never returned.
Overall, the service was very disappointing.
19/03/2026: Poor service and food. Wouldn’t darken the door again.

24/03/2026: Honestly not great by my books. First of all expensive for what you get. I got a steak burrito, the beef was dry and chewy. I accidentally paid for 2 extra fillings which I can't even remember what they were as they made little change to the flavour profile. Nothing really came together as a whole and I was left with a big wrap which was cold in parts and lukewarm in others and none of the flavours really came together. Imo, if you drop €14 on any single item it should probably knock your socks off. Won't be back.

14/04/2026: Appallingly sloppy. Ordered Dos Capos (tacos) and a burrito to collect. The tacos salad must have been flung into the bottom of the bag as an afterthought by a member of staff (see photo). Beggars belief as to why anyone would do such a thing. I can’t imagine that this is what this outlets management deem to be acceptable customer service. And yet, after leaving a voicemail message on the night to the store, and an email to the store manager, they’ve still not responded to insist otherwise (correction - the manager has responded finally, see PS below).
PS (14/04/26) The stores manager Liz, today emailed to convey her apologies for the poor service that I received. I am hopeful that this unfortunate occurrence was an isolated incident.
