17/10/2024: Authentic Malaysian food - delicious, full of flavour with minimal MSG. The whole restaurant is spotless, the dining area recently redecorated - so mod and bright. Love this place.

23/07/2024: We visited Clifden area for our summer holidays and one evening we decided to have some Chinese. We went at their place for spice bags, as we love it. It was the WORST spice bag that we ever had, 3 pieces of shredded chicken, hard and burned and a patoto(French fries), the most, no veggies, that was all and they charged us 7.90 euro each. We also ordered a curry sauce(3.50 euro) that we never received, it wasn't in the bag but unfortunately we noticed it when we got back home. We couldn't go back to them because our accommodation was far enough, so no worth it. Worst Chinese food that we've had in over 20 years, in Ireland. Very disappointing.

20/11/2024: Honestly, the worst Supermacs in Ireland. Drive through speakers don’t work. You can’t order a pizza through drive-through. The speakers haven’t worked in ages. Never seems to be any ambition to improve. The restaurant itself is regularly closed due to a lack of staff. It’s almost reminds me of when Covid had restaurants closed. It always takes well over 10 or 15 minutes for any food to be ready. Staff are nice, the food is nice, But it genuinely is so bad for service. By far the worst I’ve ever experienced in the country. Update: It remains the worst in Ireland, kiosks not working after certain hours, which makes no sense. Ice cream machines not working 🤷🏻‍♂️

26/06/2024: I applied for a part time job here and was blatantly discrimated against for having braces. I was told to come in for training for the first week which was unpaid and the same amount of hours as a normal working day but with no breaks and no pay. While taking an order I noticed the two owners were gesturing to their mouths and then pointing at me and laughing and making disgusted faces. I thought this was odd but ignored it. As I was leaving the owner came up to me and asked when my braces are coming off while gesturing to his mouth. He then went on to say that braces are dirty and disgusting and people who take orders shouldn’t have braces as they aren’t nice for customers to look at. I was deeply offended by this but brushed it off nonetheless. I then came in for my second day of training where I was told to “shush” and a hand was put in my face every time I tried to ask a question. The younger man working there was very polite but his parents were extremely rude. After two weeks of not being called in I texted the owner asking why I hadn’t been called in for work recently. I then got a reply explaining that because I have braces I am unsuitable to work in their restaurant. I was extremely upset by this and I think it is just blatant discrimination for something I can not control, nor should I have to control it. I have had my braces for four years and I can assure anyone that they are well looked after and they in no way, shape or form should be talked about in that manner. All the while I was there I was disrespected constantly and could never do anything to their standards. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

24/05/2024: Disgrace of a place.. placed an order for collection and when I went to eat it the chicken was pink and cold. Went back with a complaint and was shown a what’s app message explaining why this had happened and no offer of money back. Deserves less than a zero. AVOID

22/10/2024: Good food but too expensive. Over €70 for 4 takeaway meals... won't be doing that too often 😕

19/10/2024: Rang for a collection tonight and was not happy went in to collect the order and they couldn’t find it in the system I had to call my order out twice for them to get it. Sat in the restaurant for 20mins waiting for the collection while other collections were served before me. Staff were rude and not friendly. Had a few issues with Lily garden and it’s disappointing considering it was my favourite Chinese on a Saturday night

03/11/2024: So I said the next time I go to McDonald’s Tullamore I would leave a review if the ice cream machine was still out of service… I kid you not 4 separate occasions no icecream, no reason, and to be honest the girl on the intercom was so rude on 2 of these occasions and it was the same girl… to cue in a drive thru for 20 mins to be told the icecream machine isn’t on or is broken or whatever the excuse is just can’t be good enough… if you advertise it you should have it come on basic stuff in fairness….

21/10/2024: Worst drive thru I ever experienced. Neither space enough to park and wait for the order. Shouldn't use the drive thru service. Bathroom broken since June 😔

27/10/2024: The past two times I've ordered I have ordered garlic bread without cheese as I am lactose intolerant and it has come with cheese both times. When I call the restaurant to explain the issue and that I ak lactose intolerant they said I placed the order with cheese even though I can see on the app that I didn't. The person that answered the phone wasn't helpful at all and sent me a screenshot of my order claiming I ordered it with cheese. The screenshot shows i ordered regular garlic bread not cheese garlic bread. Very disappointed.

14/09/2024: Card machine was down 3 out of the last 4 times I went in.

02/08/2024: Went in today, staff member was very rude! Bread was stale wasn’t fresh at all, got over charged for items I didn’t ask for when I confronted him he started giving out. Very disappointed
