Since the store change and the staff change not one order I鈥檝e placed has been received as I ordered. The quality of the food has somehow gotten worse and the time to receive an order has increased hugely.

14/05/2025: Unperfectional! I asked them what kind of meat he added to my food and he said he doesn鈥檛 know! He added pork on my food and told me he doesn鈥檛 know! I don鈥檛 eat pork! This is a terrible restaurant. Avoid it at all costs. The owner is rude and their service is terrible! It鈥檚 a messed up place!

18/01/2025: Collected a takeaway and arrived home to discover the fried rice was burned, chips were reheats and over cooked, chicken was cremated, called to make a complaint about the shoddy food received and was met with an irate chef roaring and shout down the phone, never again would I eat out of this place !! Disgusting and rude.
06/12/2024: i oredered a spice bag after a grueling day a work until. I opened the spice bag and found john pork. He winked at me and blew a kiss, he then jumped out and morphed into his true form, I couldn't believe my eyes. My hero jhonny pork was here, he took my hand and kissed it like the prince he is. I blushed he then took us onto a white horse, we had a bunch of slurpy kisses and had a sword fight with our weiners while we rode into the sunset.

02/05/2025: Quite good but they couldn't make it more obvious that they water down there pints. bar man poured half a pint walked in the back and came back with a full one will not be recommending this place (FYI this was a predebs)
26/04/2025: Had our ty ball here & went really well everyone had a great night. Dara was a great host & organiser. Security guard Peter kept everyone laughing on the bus and was lovely

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting like this for months absolutely filthy
Service is disgraceful to no respect towards customers.

02/06/2025: Nos recibi贸 un encantador miembro del personal que nos llev贸 a nuestra mesa y tom贸 nuestra orden de bebidas.
Pedimos una korma de pollo, pollo enmantequillado que ven铆a con arroz basmati y tuvimos pedidos secundarios de ajo y queso y mantequilla de ajo naan. Antes de nuestra comida nos dieron popadoms con el peque帽o lado pedido y la salsa de mango de chile estaba delicioso!
Todo estaba delicioso, aunque el pollo con mantequilla no era nuestro favorito y el pollo se sent铆a un poco seco, pero en general la experiencia fue muy buena!

19/02/2025: Not a Italian food not good no veg for pizza when asked only meat and roasted peppers : I wouldn鈥檛 recommend this place at all as it鈥檚 over priced and food was reheated. The vegetable I got with my lamb Shank was soggy and over cooked . The roasted potatoes where very dry all seemed reheated. Defo wouldn鈥檛 return.
15/02/2025: We went for dinner in Balcone resteraunt last night , I ordered bruschetta for starter , what I was served was not in any way a resteraunt standard bruschetta , it was a cheesy garlic bread , garlic butter which with melted cheddar and two cherry tomatoes placed on top . This resteraunt is apparently an Italian resteraunt but even the carbonara I had for my main course was more like soup , it had a very nice flavour but definitely wasn鈥檛 anywhere near authentic carbonara . I nearly needed a spoon to eat it, it had onion and grated cheese on top which I thought unusual. We had an assorted dessert and they were fine . Service was extremely slow . I would not recommend this restaurant

04/02/2024: Please employ a proper chef with the necessary skills to prepare the food, had a horrible lunch there recently, also give the place a good clean, doesn鈥檛 give much hope to see Lidl salt & pepper on the table and Lidl cleaning products on the bar
