27/10/2025: We stumbled on this restaurant after not being able to get into a different one. It was a great find! The food was incredible, the staff was amazing, and they were extremely kid-friendly! They provided us with a great experience on a busy evening, getting us in quickly even though we did not have a reservation.

15/11/2025: Came down to cork for a quick trip from Dublin and just had to try this restaurant. Alex was very helpful, with an amazing recommendation of the lasagna, couldn’t recommend this place more.
04/11/2025: Florencia provided excellent service.
The food was very friendly and the staff were great. We were very happy with our dining experience at Rossini.

12/10/2025: What a hidden gem! We were on a girls weekend away in Cork and this dinner was a highlight. Valerie was so sweet and accommodating, and the atmosphere in the place was amazing. Would highly recommend!
10/10/2025: The food was delicious, the service friendly, and the wine list quite good, but the indoor area had a strong cooking and oily smell. It lingered on our clothes, and we had to wash them all when we got back to the hotel.

09/11/2025: I visited the spa. Got the inner calm massage. I really enjoyed using the sauna and pool before my massage. The relaxation room afterwards was also really lovely!

20/10/2025: A friend of mine once told me that when he worked there, the oil in the fryer was black, smoking, and definitely needed to be changed. He asked the owner to change it, and he said he was the boss, and they changed the oil two days after he intervened. It's disgusting 🤮 People complain about the pizza, which is understandable, no one there has a clue about making good pizza.
17/07/2025: I had lunch today curry wasn't bad we decided to have dessert a crumble
It was slopped into a bowl with cold custard presentation was scandlous.!!!
Desserts are so expensive now it would need to be better... would definitely never have again
