02/12/2024: If we could give Jacques 10* we would. Such great service, wine to die for, and the food was just superb 👌. 3 of us shared 5 small plates and to finish a cheese board and I can't recommend this place enough.

12/12/2024: Can’t fault this place - from the moment we arrived the owner greeted us and made us feel extremely welcome - we then had 2 servers and they were both great too.
The food was incredible
We had the sharing starter followed by the Vodka Penne, Pollo Pizzione - the flavors were amazing

02/12/2024: Muy buena comida y servicio. Lugar encantador para ir y tener una buena comida. Restaurante hermano en Fuengirola Aroma en callejón de pescado. Ambos lugares son maravillosos.
14/11/2024: Food was OK and good value but we were sat at an awful cramped window table that our legs couldn't fit under. Service really rushed us and ruined the night. Had a 5.30 booking and was early, we were late being seated and told they needed us to be gone for 7. The open kitchen has an extremely poor extractor fan. So much so that our clothes stank of stale chip fat for the night and everyone in the place was coughing and sneezing everytime they cooked something with chilli. Essentially, they retro-fitted a tapas bar into and old pub that doesn't seem suitable for it and did the bare minimum.
One final comment, The toilets were in very poor condition and only noticed when leaving.

09/11/2024: We are living locally so we often go for a drink and sometimes food. I have stayed one or twice but to be honest it does'nt live up to the 4 star rating. Tonight I went up around 8pm for some dinner after a long day at work. I ordered the chicken pesto pasta off the bar menu and when the dish came out there was actually no chicken in the dish so I called over a manager to highlight same. He asked if I wanted a new dish and I said no but thankfully I was'nt charged when I went to pay. He did'nt apologise but staff at the till did. Manager very ignorant. Also staff a bit dopey and very attentive to taking orders or getting the orders right.

15/12/2024: We were a walk in and did not have a reservation. We enquired about a table for four ans there were two free in the ground floor. We were asked to follow a member of staff and eventually ended up on the 2nd floor. The two elderly women with me didn’t expect the climb and it was unexpected by us all. It might have been nice to have been told where we were going. We would have declined and went elsewhere.
We only ordered coffee and cake and the service was fairly good, very polite and friendly. When the order was received, one coffee was missing. The three flat whites that were ordered were made in a machine and not from a barista which was disappointing. I would have expected proper barista coffee. Cakes were very nice. The experience would not entice me back.
