02/05/2026: Such a fantastic experience in St. Luke’s this evening. The food and wine was amazing, and the service truly made it, the team were exceptional throughout. A special mention to Val, who really stood out and made our night, she’s fantastic!!

16/05/2026: Friendly service. Excellent meat dishes, but the vegetarian options are very limited and expensive. The busier it got, the louder it became. Unfortunately, there's only one toilet for everyone, and it's poorly lit.

21/04/2026: This place is so dodgy, the waiters are outside trying to get people inside. They speak like scammers trying to negotiate the prices of food. They hover around you as you drink and eat. All of this creates a really unsettling atmosphere. When we tried to pay they were pushing for us to pay with cash?! Hello it’s 2026 where’s your card machine. Do not come.

18/05/2026: A lovely hotel set in large well kept grounds. The staff were very helpful, the rooms of a high standard, all set in a nice part of Douglas - Cork.

12/04/2026: Had a brilliant experience at the spa. Got a back, neck and shoulder massage, a facial and a scalp massage. My masseuse Lucy was absolutely brilliant would highly recommend. The facilities were so nice and clean. Definitely will go again.

15/04/2026: I ordered the seafood pasta with a side of garlic bread and unfortunately it was quite disappointing. I had visited a few years ago and ordered the same dish, which was beautifully presented (served in a tinfoil swan) and absolutely delicious, so I was really looking forward to it again. This time it was a completely different experience. The pasta was covered in a bland tomato sauce and the seafood was overcooked. The garlic bread was also very poor, the bread itself tasted dry and the garlic butter wasn’t fully melted. It’s a shame as I used to rave about this place, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t be recommending it anymore.
