24/02/2025: Sandwiches are freshly prepared and taste great. Fairly standard and not a whole lot of options. Expensive for what it’s but it’s par for course in this area of Dublin.

17/02/2025: Had the best sandwich of my life!!! The falafel was amazing and the bread was so, so, so delicious. Service was also very warm and friendly. You have to try this place! Thanks team 😊

29/10/2024: Loved this place so much I will be going back as soon as I get a few days off. The oysters from Sherkin were honestly the best I’ve had ever. I was staying in the hotel attached to the restaurant and the breakfast room is actually probably the nicest place I’ve been in. Staff so friendly and just overall brilliant place. Can’t wait to go back.

18/11/2024: We’re a group of friends from Barcelona who came to visit another friend living here in Ireland. She surprised us with a dinner at what she called one of the best restaurants in County Cork. And let me say, it was a very pleasant surprise because we had an amazing time. The restaurant is a bit outside the city, in a peaceful and idyllic setting, yet still close enough – we got there in just 20 minutes. The food? Absolutely spectacular. I’ve never had a sole that size before, and it was cooked to perfection, so tender it felt like a sponge. We also had hake, which was delicious. The side plates of vegetables were spot-on, cooked to the perfect texture. Everything was just flawless – too perfect, even. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such authentic fish for dinner. We also tried oysters, which were heavenly, and chicken pâté with avocado and crab. Everything was a solid 10, truly. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time because it was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was also authentically Irish, and the owners – I don’t even know what to say – were incredibly friendly and attentive. They felt like real friends, making you feel at home, as if you’d known them forever. When we return to Ireland, we will absolutely be coming back.

19/07/2024: A most memorable Friday night If you want a magical experience..Finders ..If you could rate a restaurant experience at 6 stars or more..it's in Nohaval .The kind warm welcome from the proprietors..the food..the music...the people..the setting ..the finer details.It exudes elegance in every manner Huge respect to the owners for coming back even stronger after surviving pandemic .

05/03/2025: This was a Rorys Travel special offer which was excellent value. The hotel is fabulous, staff were lovely and the food was great.

03/03/2025: Stayed there for two nights. The hotel staff where great and very helpful. The lady running the bar was super friendly. The room we where allocated was in need of a bit of touching up. Room was clean and got fresh towels second morning. The only real let down in my opinion was the food. The bar food choice was limited and some items overpriced for the quality. I had the brisket cheese burger at just under €20. It was just ok and had very little brisket, which is the part I was most looking forward to. The breakfast each morning was warm not hot and the best items where the sausage and eggs. The yogurt bowl was in need of a good clean as it had a ring of dry yogurt which was not very good looking. I would stay again but with room only.

19/02/2025: lovely store - we had a generous slice of coffee cake (divine) and 2 teas to take away and enjoyed upstairs.. will defo visit again - only down side was that he girl behind the deli service the tea was not v welcoming.. she should either chin up or get another job

16/01/2025: Niall's has hands down THE best Cafe Latte! I had some for breakfast and went back the same afternoon to get another one. My personal Irish favorite, a brown scone, was also delicious and came with nice, fresh butter and jam. The staff was very kind, and the manager patiently assisted me with my Apple Pay. He even remembered me when I returned hours later. I really liked this place!

12/08/2024: Terrible experience came here today with family as part of our stay at the hotel where do I start we were seated and ordered at 6:10pm didn’t receive food until after 7pm when questioned staff told me we were going to have to wait another 20 minutes because they had 2 bigger tables and we weren’t the priority when food arrived it was cold flavourless and disgusting I would give zero stars if I could I payed 31 euro for a steak it comes out cold and when reported staff says “I’ll put it in the microwave for a minute “ we won’t be back highly advise everyone avoids this place for food

25/07/2024: Bad service waited 1 hour after starter, staff avoiding contact and didnt return with solution, total breakdown of service and communication, shame as it's a lovely space, went to Lennoxs for a bag of chips
