22/11/2025: Bustling city vibe eatery meets super personal service from my lovely waiter Vince on a busy Saturday Brunch-time. Excellent beverage recommendation with a refreshing Bellini to complement my zingy and fresh tasting Avo on Toast. Great stop off by the river before catching the bus to the airport! Adios!

22/11/2025: We visited Pog in Dublin last weekend and it was brilliant! We were served by Vince who was very great! I’m Coeliac and had heard great things about POG providing gluten free pancakes which is why we went. Vince was very aware of Coeliac disease and understood cross contamination well. He made sure what I ordered was safe and I had the best breakfast! Our party we’re over the moon with how happy I was😂 the rest of the party had the cooked breakfast which they said was delicious! We had to wait for a table as there was 6 of us but it didn’t take longer than 15-20minutes so it wasn’t a problem for us. Will definitely go again when we next visit Dublin!

26/11/2025: What’s to say really. Very popular pub opposite the National gallery in Dublin. Lovely helpful greeting upon entering. Nice table in the bar (it also has a lounge section with lower tables and chairs). Nice menu and not the tourist prices. I had the most delicious Irish stew and the obligatory Guinness. Service was quick and polite. It emptied out very quickly after 2pm and I was virtually alone in the bar. If your passing pop in for a friendly pint and some excellent food.

25/11/2025: Service was excellent and so welcoming. Food was fantastic (steak and Guinness pie). Guinness also very good so enjoyed a few of those.

05/11/2025: I would have liked to buy donuts there. The cashier took over 20 minutes to order two hot chocolates, and when it was finally my turn and I wanted to order 12 donuts (for today), she simply told me I had to do it through the website. Why would I need to do that if I wanted to take them with me right away? And this after a 20-minute wait?! All in all, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

12/10/2025: Such a cosy spot with very friendly service! The seafood chowder and fish n chips were both delicious…sadly they were sold out of the seafood platter after a busy Sunday - so we’ll gladly return to try it another evening!

11/10/2025: Love this place, Authentic Howth, authentic people. Travel there at least once a month for the nicest chowder ever. Got served tonight by the lovely Aobhínn. Efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough

09/11/2025: Delicious food never disappoints best city seafood for miles, do not leave Dublin without having their seafoodplatter. Great atmosphere always lively worth the wait for a table if needs be.

01/12/2025: Outstanding eatery with very helpful staff and comfortable modern dining room. Great food and drinks menu. Beautiful food presentation. I had the stir fry with king prawns. Wasn't expecting the prawns to have a crumb coating, but they did and I was delighted with that extra texture. We shared a starter of Satay chicken. 4 large goujons of tender chicken in satay sauce. Delicious. Don't pass it by when in Dublin. Booking essential.

27/11/2025: Lots of option for vegan/Vegeterian; we were in a hurry but they made sure we got a table for 3 even though place for full. Excellent service, food came quickly . Springs rolls and pad thai were yummy

29/11/2025: I was a guest at the Anantara the Marker Dublin Hotel with my adult daughter for five nights. The experience was phenomenal. Our room was top notch. We a two beds with a tub. If I wasn’t on vacation to sight see I would have enjoyed staying in the room because the duvet and mattress were amazing. When my head hit the pillow I was instantly sleep. Because I am over 60 the tub was for leisure and pleasure after a long day of touring such a beautiful city. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you Anslem for taking us on our rooftop tour. If you want 5 star living it is the hotel to reside at. I also loved the pool, steam and sauna room, jacuzzi and the spa. We come back we know where we are staying in the Docklands. Thank you for making one of my bucket list vacation spots an amazing experience.

16/09/2025: We’ve been here several times and it has been an amazing experience each time. Great atmosphere and the food is stunning. They have a sharing-style menu with lots of small plates, good for a group of friends.

13/11/2025: The place atmosphere is fantastic but the service ruined our experience. Our table was booked till 8, which we were reminded multiple times during our time there, we were given the bill 7:30, hurried to pay it. At 7:50 we were told “Please start leaving as we have people for 8”. For the high prices you shouldn’t be rushed like that - we probably will not come back Edit: Yes, we arrived 30min late (not 1h) which was due to a mistake on my part, I apologised and reassured we will part when we should. We left the building at 8, we did not overstay the time, this is simply not true. We were told about the time at least 4 times and we all felt rushed, I am writing this review on behalf of the group. The 2 stars also reflect the food, which was very average. The only positive was the decor and place’s atmosphere.

12/11/2025: Very cool experience and delightful drinks!

09/11/2025: Had our engagement party here in the summer and it couldn't have went better. Big open room with our own bar and bar staff. We ordered a few food platter with chicken wings, goujons, chips, ribs and wow they went down a treat. Everyone said the food was amazing. Only slight downside is the Guinness wasn't great on the night but that didn't dampen anyone's spirits. They even hooked the speakers up to the live music downstairs so it was like we had our own. Absolutely amazing touch. We had a brilliant night and I wouldn't hesitate to book John O'Dwyer's again for another event. Thank you so much for making our party so special!!!

28/10/2025: This cozy pub pours excellent drafts and serves tasty food. The atmosphere and friendly, welcoming service brought us back 3 times during our 4 night stay in Dublin.
