Costa Coffee
24/03/2024: The disgusting state of the pee smelling, dirty toilet facilities reflects badly on the Costa chain. They need to up their game in that area. Dirty toilets in a food service company is not acceptable. 🤢
The side door made a horrible screech as it was opened and shut 🤯
Not a great experience as Costa coffee shops go!
14/03/2024: Just ordered one mocha and one latte for take away, two staffs working at the shop, one lovely lady and one disgusting young man, we’ve ordered latte with full milk, he got angry at the order and started hitting all of the utensils to make the coffee, boiled the milk, and if wasn’t enough made one cappuccino by mistake, when we told him that we’ve ordered mocha he hit the coffe cup on the balcony splashing everywhere. At the end we asked for cold milk, as the coffee was boiling hot, he showed not like the request, gave a bit of milk and walked away completely in rage.
The lovely lady asked us if everything was fine, just said thanks and left the shop, awful customer service by this man.

13/11/2023: The Riverside is our base for our annual Kerry golf trip, always has been, and always will. Family from around the world come together and take part in the "Kerry Pro Am" Roll on next year. 😁😁
06/10/2023: Our room is on the 3rd floor, from one window you can see the mountain and the forest, from the other - the mountain and the river. 30 minutes to the castle, the national park surrounds you. Combine that with friendly staff and fresh food and this is what the Riverside Hotel is all about.

19/03/2024: I would highly recommend this friendly and efficient business for all your catering needs for any special occasion no matter how big or small. The food was delicious for my recent 60th birthday party.Absolutely everything was set up and organised by the company.My birthday cake was delicious and personalised to my liking.
Excellent catering company that I would be happy to use again.

The Garden Bar

04/04/2024: Amazing atmosphere and the hotel itself is great. The service however is horrendous. We were guests at the hotel and had credit to the restaurant. Ate there twice and both times they forgot my daughter’s drink order on two separate occasions. We were also not attended to very well. We felt as if we were being served at a fast food restaurant.
Would not recommend eating here as there are many other options in the area. The hotel we did love, however
