The best restaurantsof pizza & pasta in Dublin

03/09/2025: Si te gusta la pizza no vayas aquí. El Servicio estaba bien. Tengo que llevarme. Esto no era pizza, era pan plano en el mejor de los casos. Sin sabor como cartón con queso para 16. 50 euros. Este es el mismo precio que algunas de las mejores pizzas de Dublín, pero no se compara.

16/08/2025: Excelente pizza, sabrosa y crujiente! Restaurante con encanto, personal amable. Sin duda recomendaría una visita a este pequeño restaurante!

15/08/2025: The atmosphere is very pleasant, a mix of traditional and modern pub. The pizzas are truly excellent: soft, with a thick crust, topped with a good sauce and fior di latte mozzarella. Better than many Italian pizzerias. The service is friendly and attentive (they bring water to the table immediately and bring it back as soon as it's finished). Fair prices. Perfect service. Highly recommended.

11/08/2025: Incredible Pizza, service, vibe. I’m so glad I don’t live near this place I’d be 1000 lbs. SO GOOD!! Pizza for 4 adults, wine, beer- unbelievable gem. So thankful we found this spot while staying at nearby hotel.

13/08/2025: The Villager Pub in Chapelizod is a fantastic spot to pop in for a pint! It has a wonderful, old-style atmosphere that truly transports you back to the Chapelizod of old. The staff are lovely too, and they also do cocktails! Highly recommend for a great, traditional pub experience.

17/08/2025: Long story short. Last Tuesday the 12th of august the 2 of us ordered focaccia as starter and 2 main pizzas in sano in Temple Bar. The waiter didn’t get we wanted the focaccia as stater (I told him 3 times maybe) and they brought all the 3 pizzas together. We sent back the 2 main pizzas and guess what? Once we finished with the starter they brought back the old cold pizzas! The team leader tried to convince us they actually made fresh pizzas but a cold pizza is a cold pizza, you simply can’t hide this. Sano pizza won’t see our money anymore, there are way better alternatives all around the city center with real wood fired pizza oven (not the fake gas one in sano). One star for the service we received after years of being loyal customers is literally too much!

13/08/2025: Can not fault the service excellent. I found the menu a little basic. Again food was good but nothing extravagant. Cool decor.

12/08/2025: The bar felt straight out of another era—unfortunately, so did the service. Big queue at the counter, no salt for the tequila, and the barman didn’t even bat an eye. We even spotted some salt flakes on the bar table and asked for it. Thankfully, the live saxophone and drums brought enough groove to keep the night from going flat. Stayed 1 hr, couldn’t breath, no air condition.

19/08/2025: What a gem! Go downstairs into the gorgeous space and be treated like royalty by the gracious staff. I loved my lunch here -- the arancini was the best I've ever had. I tried my friend's mushroom polenta appetizer as well, which was also tasty.

29/08/2025: We ordered our pizza from the bar next door. The Neapolitan-style pizza itself was very good; with a few extras, you could make it a sensational pizza. Your dough is fantastic, but feel free to be a little bolder and use more salt; it will give it, and therefore the pizza, more flavor overall. Your pizza sauce with San Marzano tomatoes is similar. It's very good, but could use a bit more salt; that would help the pizza overall.

22/08/2025: The pizzas were delicious. The crust was really crispy and not at all hard or dry. Friendly service. I can recommend this place.

10/06/2025: Always amazing pizza from here. We eat here everytime we are in Dublin and rate this as our favourite pizza place in the country. Staff are great also.
