14/11/2025: Really friendly servers, a nice vibe on a thursday night and delicious food! The drinks menu was quite substantial and the baked goods looked amazing (but we didn't try any yet)! We just moved nearby and will definitely be back.
09/11/2025: Whether it's lunch or dinner, G et G is the best for day time soup, sambos and salads, and night time pizza. My favorite in D8 since they opened their doors.

12/11/2025: Great dinner here with friends. We were a group of 5. I had mushroom tacos (gluten free) and my friend had pizza. The service was quick and friendly. The red wine was perfect with the rich spicy tacos. Definitely a neighbourhood favourite.

Staff were great. We flagged an allergy and they came to chat with us about it, very on the level that they can do their best and so on but nuts in the kitchen, which we appreciated.
28/10/2025: For an Italian who wants to eat quality pizza, with good ingredients, this is a great place to go!!!
The number 1 is the equivalent of a Margherita, the number 4 is a coppa and artichoke pizza! We'll definitely be back!

The dessert was a surprise: Kinder Bueno tiramisu, barely a hint of coffee, but overall very good.
Overall, an excellent experience.

14/09/2025: Service was appalling, was trying to order a drink was asked to move certain area so I did. Then proceeded to get ignored by the bar staff who asked me to move in so I asked why, again because I was “not in the que” even though there was no designated Que here sign. Didn’t get name but very distinct staff member, Round glasses and mullet working upstairs by the smoking area absolutely awful service. All could have been avoided by better communication.

12/10/2025: An incredible pub, with a great atmosphere and live music. An oasis away from the center of Dublin, in the beautiful village of Chapelizod and next to the northern entrance to Phoenix Park. If I could, I would go there every day of my life to have a Guinness there.
10/10/2025: Lovely spot to sit outside and have a beer with a good heating to keep you warm on colder evenings. The inside is well looked after and there is a wine bar upstairs. Had two pints of IPA and they tasted fresh.
Been here before and sat inside and ordered pizzas which were tasty

Large portions. Good value (except for the main courses, which were a bit pricey).
14/10/2025: Stopped in for coffee and didn't realise it was such a nice restaurant/cafe. Excellent spot if you miss yoir train.

25/08/2025: I was inspired to offer a review after three excellent experiences. This is a genuinely terrific Pizza offering (Hawaiian, adding wild mushrooms and sweetcorn). The staff seem to enjoy working there, and that may help explain the great food.
10/06/2025: Always amazing pizza from here. We eat here everytime we are in Dublin and rate this as our favourite pizza place in the country. Staff are great also.

25/11/2025: Been going here for years for my lunch break. Always the best food and nicest staff.
21/11/2025: I placed a pizza order (order #7348) and never received it. There was no call from the delivery driver, and when I contacted Deliveroo, they contacted the restaurant, who said they would send the order in 10 minutes. It never happened.
To make matters worse, Deliveroo refused to process my refund, even though the order clearly wasn't delivered. It's unacceptable to pay for a service I didn't receive and then not get a solution.
A terrible experience. I will never order from here again and I demand a full refund.
