21/02/2024: After noticing the high rating on Maps, I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The limited selection of dishes was underwhelming, and while the food was decent, it didn't stand out compared to other establishments I've visited. Moreover, the pricing seemed unjustified considering the quality of both the food and the service. Speaking of service, it left much to be desired. Dining with plastic cutlery and minimalistic napkins in a paper box on the outdoor tables wasn't what I expected from a restaurant (as stated on maps). It felt more like a casual street food stall, which wasn't explicitly indicated in the reviews. Finding the facilities was an ordeal in itself. Despite asking for assistance, the staff member I approached was rather rude and unhelpful. It took me a considerable amount of time to locate the restrooms, as there were no clear signs directing patrons (I found the ladies restroom opening an emergency door by chance). This lack of basic amenities was disappointing and detracted from the overall dining experience. Additionally, the inconsistency in service was noticeable. While one staff member was relatively courteous and brought our food promptly, another seemed disgruntled and inattentive when serving drinks and presenting the bill. This level of dissatisfaction was unwarranted, especially considering it was not a particularly busy Sunday. So, while the food may suffice for a quick bite, particularly if you're looking for street food to enjoy on the beach, there's much room for improvement in terms of both service and ambiance. Hopefully, the management takes note of these shortcomings and endeavors to enhance the overall dining experience for future patrons.

14/02/2024: Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Absolutely shocking carryon from woman behind the bar when you asked politely for a drink. Will never set foot in there again. Head down to Kennys instead, lovely people.

01/03/2024: They have the best breaded chicken in Clonmel, it has really nice batter and a slight pinch of lemon pepper on top to add flavour, plus they always give you a massive portion of chips. I ate there with my father today and we really loved it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I asked the man to change my drink to a coke and he did it instantly with no hassle. A lot of people in Clonmel think this is still a fish only restaurant because of the name but it is not and the chicken, burgers and pizza are delicious and reasonably priced.

14/03/2024: Decent selection of dishes from a fish shop. Pleasant, clean environment. Service was good. Customers entitled to unlimited chips which will appeal to some. Fish was fine but I've tasted better chips.
