02/01/2026: Not respect full staff. Visiting again and again to leave the place early.

22/12/2025: We're a large party with a lot of different food and drink orders. Portions were generous and the food was wonderful! You can't get fresher fish or mussels. Much better than in America. Friendly and welcoming, this is a great little spot!

18/01/2026: Amazing experience, the food was delicious and service was great, we celebrated our friend's birthday and enjoyed our day.

18/01/2026: Unfortunately I didn't get to taste the food so can't comment on that. I went in to ask if dogs were allowed outside. I'm guessing it was the manager, they hastly came over and made a comment to the staff member who was at the reception, "we are not serving food outside today". The staff member looked a bit surprised. It did feel very rude but I just said okay thanks and left. When I went outside I was like I don't think they want us here so we need to go! Another customer outside was like "well they told me they were serving food outside". I was like ah okay it's just us then!! It was really quite upsetting! I absolutely don't recommend trying this place as they treat their customers with bias.

02/01/2026: Amazing hotel and town for quiet relax , with small leisure center , multilingual staff and kind , exotic and delicious food , very cute restaurant and bar with people that speak spanish,french inclusive , so servicial and professional staff . One of the most wonderful places in Ireland

02/01/2026: Wall of warmth hits you as you walk in the door from the turf stove fire which matches the warm welcome from the staff! We had lunch here the two days we were staying in Clifden ! Lovely cheese toasties and Guinness ! Nice seat for two by the window! Highly recommend 👍

01/12/2025: September 2025 Nice bar that offers parking for camper vans. We arrived on bikes and the owner was so nice to let us pitch the tent on a field right beside the windmill. The bar was also cozy with an open fire place.

25/10/2025: We spent one night here in the lovely and comfortable accomodation. We loved their delicious oysters. Definitely recommend visiting this friendly and welcoming family run business :)

30/09/2025: Oysters are fresh and delicious. All the condiments and add ons with bread baskets. Haddock was lovely too. Add this to the long list of 5 star eateries with excellent service and food in Ireland.

19/10/2025: Ideal location for us right beside Waterville Golf Club. Large clean rooms. Staff were excellent especially the Greek barman and the ladies who served us breakfast. Again they arranged an early breakfast on one of the mornings we had to leave early
