Catch of the day
Kinsale
07/05/2025: Brilliant food! Crispy on the outside, yet melting in your mouth, and a generous portion of chips. We came all the way from the Rotterdam Harbour area where we have a lot of comparison material, but this is really TOP NOTCH! Keep up the good work!

30/04/2025: Castletownsend itslef is a favourite place of mine and my girlfriends and Mary Ann's makes it that bit better. Always served with a nice greeting here. I have never tried the food but it looks and smells amazing so I'll have to sometime.

26/04/2025: Tasteless and uninspired by any standard. My vegan vegetarian option was a head of cabbage which was cut in half before it was plonked on the plate with a thick peanut buttery coloured sauce . It was served with a bowl of oily green leaves of lettuce and the cabbage was overcooked . Priced at €24..
My friend ordered beef . That arrived on a bed of very soft mash and a mountain of battered fried onion rings . It’s incredible how this is a busy restaurant in the first place. Wines were ranging from €35-€700 a bottle.
20/04/2025: We had a fabulous meal in Finns last night. The attention to detail is second to none, from the minute you come into the restaurant . The food and service was exceptional. We will be back !!

08/04/2025: We stayed for one night and had the pier view. The room was excellent, clean and a comfortable bed. The Onsuite was fantastic.
We had a few drinks in the bar and there was a nice little crowd there, nice and cozy. The added extra was Chieftain on draught.
The breakfast was freshly cooked and amazing, eating while watching fishing trawlers heading out to sea.
28/03/2025: Exceptional!!
We had a wonderful romantic dinner here in Cush! The food is stunning with the use of local ingredients. Beef cheek was to die for and we really loved the minimal but well thought out presentation of the dishes. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful views overlooking Ballycotton lighthouse and cliffs.

23/04/2025: Had the burger and it was like a perfect meatloaf on a bun. My wife had the stuffed chicken and she was super happy! Our server was amazing and the bartenders too. Thank you for leaning in, listening and making a great food recommendation!

07/04/2025: Amazing place to have dinner or even just a coffee, with beautiful views and lovely, friendly staff like Pilar and Vicente. They looked after us very well the whole time we were there. I definitely recommend visiting this lovely location. Really tasty dessert by the way.
