07/12/2025: Got food and brought it home 2 burgers missing...had my receipt so rang them got Raymond Tobin ..couldn't have been more helpful..asked me if it was possible to come back and he replaced the whole order.. top man people can learn from Raymond great customer service

15/11/2025: It's a very very busy Mc Donald's.. but no excuses, the staff are scruffy in their attire and the service window areas are in a poor condition and have been for some time; very scruffy and dirty looking Not a good vibe when receiving your food though these areas. A Bi- annual paint job would not go amiss.

22/11/2025: Sorry but, not for me, room small, extremely noisy, other guests arriving back very late, and could hear every sound. Went to boil kettle, to find it half full with dirty cloudy water. Self service breakfast cold. Even though cost is low, I still expect good clean basic service.

13/10/2025: You can not help not being impressed with this beautifully restored building where every element is tastefully done and finished to a very high standard. The late check-in option worked perfectly and the bedrooms although a little on the small side had everything you needed and were immaculately presented Roisin was very welcoming, super helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Fantastic breakfast, continental with a few hot breakfast specials and able to cater for a coeliac member of a party Highly recomend

05/09/2025: Bought a cod and chips with garlic sauce today and have to say on a scale of 1 to 10 it was very nice . Best way to eat the cod is to set your phone up real close to your head and put it on reverse so you can see every morsel go into your mouth , then bang it up on Instagram. Ill definitely visit it again. Over and over and over........

01/11/2025: I don’t know why this hotel has such a low rating… The rooms were good… The staff were phenomenal. Sure it is a bit dated but that adds to the charm. I only request would be for them to add beans back onto the breakfast menu.

20/06/2025: I wanted to share some feedback following a recent visit/order. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall quality of food was extremely low. Dishes tasted bland and lacked the freshness I was hoping for. The flavours didn’t quite match the standards I’ve come to expect from Chinese cuisine—there was little seasoning and ingredients did not taste fresh, covered with a lot of sauce. I’m sharing this not to criticize harshly, but in the hope that this feedback is helpful. I believe with more attention to freshness, flavour, and seasoning, your offerings could improve significantly and match the prices you are charging. Thank you for taking the time to read this—I wish your team all the best moving forward.

29/11/2025: Just off main Waterford to cork road very helpful if you ring in a order plenty of spaces to park up and eat your food

12/08/2025: Shit food didn’t bring the pizza I wanted would not give us back the the money but we spent 160€ on food and forgot a pizza and would not deliver it back out would not recommend this take away

17/10/2025: Taco chips very poorChewy chips. Over sauced. Very little meat. This is my 3rd time eating here. Gave it 2 too many chances.

06/11/2025: Nice cafe with pleasant atmosphere, good coffee and scones. Slightly irritated by the flickering exit sign and the slamming door but maybe I’m a bit too OCD.

11/10/2025: I enjoyed my lunch so much that I went back the next day for breakfast. Soup and a sandwich, a basic choice for me, but it was very good. Porridge with honey and fruit. The waitresses were very polite and welcoming.
