The best restaurants in Dunmore east

13/04/2025: I eat here nearly every week. The team is always super-friendly and the food never disappoints. Highly recommended!

12/06/2025: Went for lunch. We got 2 ceasar salads and a cajun burger. Disappointed with ceasar salads. Chicken was cold. We all had apple crumble which was delicious. Location is fantastic. Right on the seafront. Only street parking. Chairs at tables are very low. Our waitor was very nice . All staff are lovely. Not super wheelchair or buggy friendly. Step in front door and ateps in the restaurant. Had to ask people to move .Wouldn't rush back for food but would go back. Great place for drinks with family or friend. Wedding was ongoing and they said food was lovely at wedding.

10/06/2025: We loved the fact that the team in the Strand Inn are happy to let you bring your dog inside or outside, whichever you prefer when you are having food. Also they have 2 or 3 bedrooms where you can stay and have your dog with you. The view is also wonderful while having your food. We had a really lovely lunch, the staff were absolutely great. Next time you are in Dunmore East, don't forget the Strand Inn. Well done everyone in the Strand Inn.!!!

29/05/2025: My favourite place to stay and have never had a bad experience here, and I have been coming here 25 years. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable. And the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. The Kelly family most definitely kmow how to run a good business.
