23/09/2024: Recently went into Lombard and asked for a chip and some battered sausages. There was one man ahead of me who received his food as he should. Three people came in after me and ordered. All three received their food before me. One man ordering near the identical thing. I was then asked what I was waiting for and I repeated my order. I was then told I had to wait for fresh chips as the chips I should have got were already out of the shop. They've lost a recurring customer. The queue system is dead apparently.

04/11/2024: If you enjoy getting ripped off with a blaa the width of you palm containing 1 1/2 tiny sausages, not even a full rasher, egg and some relish for the bones of €15, then yeah, you’ll love this place. Disappointment of a meal, far too expensive for what it was. If it were €9/10 I wouldn’t be so annoyed by it. Fiancé got pancakes that, again, shouldn’t have been as expensive as they were. Not worth it. Go Tesco, get the ingredients yourself for a quarter of the price and you’ll do just as good a job, trust me. Gets an extra star because the service was pretty decent, I’ll give them that.

22/10/2024: Decided to try the breakfast here as I heard good things about the food here as well as being child friendly our toddler could walk around and play in the children’s area. Breakfast was very disappointing, substandard food and not very generous with the portions. My partner ordered a coffee and at time of leaving it never arrived despite reminding the waitress. 0/5 for waiter service.

26/10/2024: Coffee speciality from hell. Ordered two wraps with iced coffees, waiting over 20 minutes, wondered if they had forgotten us. Both wraps contained a side of chopping board with complimentary hair. While the coffee was over flowing down the side of the cup ruining a new hoodie.

01/11/2024: It’s an Asian store. Great place I came for a Mochi ice,Ramen and a medium cup of pineapple and watermelon bubble tea. I drank it before I could take a picture but I dropped the menu.

13/10/2024: Lovely place. I have to say this. Putting Shero in manager of market bar, and Becky as manager in Heerys, was the best decision ever. There is a unison between the bars that has never existed before. They need to just become married 🙂

29/12/2023: I’ve had difficulty over the past few days finding the words to describe this absolute gent! I called the night before Christmas Eve on a whim and a panic asking would it be possible to get a Toblerone cheesecake made. I didn’t have high hopes considering how late it was as he said he was about 100+ orders deep at this stage. Thankfully Charly was very accommodating and said “leave it with me”. The next day he called to say it was ready for pick up. We were absolutely blown away by the presentation and the taste was other worldly! 5 stars! Best cheesecake I’ve ever had 👌 Thanks Charly! You honestly made our Christmas!

11/03/2024: First of all we came in to pinks ordered our starter it was all good nothing wrong we ordered our main of 2 burger meals and explicitly said a plain burger no sauce and everything on the other one, when we got our food we got sauce on the “plain burger” which could have been an honest mistake, we sent the wrong food back and they continued to get it wrong 4 more times. On top of that we were already starving so tried to eat our food found a bone in the burger spat it out and tried to continue eating then found numerous hairs in the food which I pulled out of my mouth after eating the burger then had lost our appetites for the food I pulled apart my burger and found ketchup in it when I had numerously sent the food back as I am allergic to red sauce we then called over our waiter and did not have to pay for one of the dinners as I had about 3 bites and found all the above things in my burger. Then we called over the manager Lauren and was extremely rude and ignored the 3 hairs on the serviette and told us not to come back. Was very disappointed as I came here last summer and enjoyed my meals no chefs wore hair nets as I seen leaving the restaurant very disappointed will not go back.

26/10/2024: Had more than a few pints of Guinness and stopped by here on the way to my hotel. Food hit harder than a truck and had some decent banter with the fine lads working the counter. Great way to cap off the night 10/10

19/10/2024: After 25min I finally went to check if our food is ready. When I was told 7 more mins I asked for at least 2 kids meals that we ordered . cheese burgers and chip came cold. After 40min waiting for pizza we went to ask for our 10” mind you place was busy but after we came and ordered first. Pizza came soggy and loaded with ham that I asked not to add plus hair. Service is a total mess , never again.
