11/05/2025: We did a cocktail class for a hen party and it was brilliant. The two lads who ran the class were good craic and the cocktails were Lovely! Would definitely recommend, we had the whole place to ourselves so was great!

17/03/2025: We were three young girls on the eve of st patricks, trying to get in. Bouncer started screaming saying no one is coming in. I asked if we would be able to get in if we waited till people left But was told that no one is getting in the whole night. About twenty people left like 2 min later. It was still around 10.30 and it was obviously not going to end soon so slightly confused as to why all the nastiness

28/05/2025: Tried this place for my first ever spice bag. €19, enough food for two, no red or green peppers, very little onion and red chilli. Fried rice was ok. The chicken was tough and overcooked. More salt than spice. Neither of us could finish it. I'll give this place a miss in the future, and probably spice bags as well.

29/12/2024: Visited the Craftsman on Saturday (14th December 2024) I was disappointed by the amount of Vaping taking place inside Member of band playing vaping, appropriately 11 people in pub doing high degree of vaping, there was visible high level haze in the pub at times … it reminded me of the days when smoking was allowed in pubs I did ask the management about vaping policy in the Craftsman, but was disappointed with the fact they do not have any… not like other pubs in the area, who treat it the same a smoking Overall a ok Pub … but let down on vaping policy, personally will now be going to other pub in the area, who look after the majority of the customers and not just those who vape

27/12/2024: Quaint but cosy little pub, my visit today was for a less joyful occasion however the staff were very accommodating, the food was really tasty and the drinks were very refreshing. I can recommend this location should it cross the path of anyone passing through the area.

17/07/2025: Always visit the Cork stores, but first time using the Waterford one and I will most definitely be back. The staff are so friendly and look to go above and beyond to help - you don't feel rushed to order and move on like some other busy restaurants. The store is really clean despite its size and its city centre location, which I know can be difficult to do. But obviously the biggest thing is the really high quality food provided!!! Chilli cheese breast in a bun meal with gravy - you cannot go wrong!!! Their wraps are great too, as is the original chicken. Will definitely return when next in Waterford. Thanks to Marco and his staff for their great efforts.

I’ve been going to Btwenty7 in Waterford multiple times a day — morning, afternoon, and evening — and I can confidently say this place is the heartbeat of my daily routine. The coffee? Unreal. Genuinely the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. Whether you’re after a smooth flat white or a rich iced latte, they never miss. But what really takes this place to another level is the staff — and I have to shout out Caragh, who is an absolute gem. She’s a recent addition to the team, and honestly? It’s like she’s been there forever. Her energy, her vibe, the way she remembers your order and makes you feel like royalty every single time — it’s rare. She doesn’t just serve coffee, she serves positivity with a side of caffeine. An absolute legend. Btwenty7 isn’t just a coffee stop — it’s part of my day now. A proper go-to. 27/07/2025: New girl I haven’t seen before, Sunday morning. The most rudest person I’ve ever come across! Takes about 15/20 minutes to get an order if you order any hot food regardless if it’s busy or quiet. Used to always go here, won’t be in future.

30/05/2025: 18.50 for a soup and sandwich and a can of coke 🙄 complete rip off for a bit of soup and sandwich. Would have got a lovely rost dinner out in the sweep for cheaper

30/01/2025: Got charged full adult price for a child’s food. Staff backchatted me when I asked for extra slice portion of pork and actually went to tell the manager that i asked for extra slice of meat -first and very last time I’ll come here - such a shame

23/04/2025: I don't like the new area they've done up. They've taken up a load of space with two table games which I was told you must book online to play. They look like they were very expensive, and I have never seen anyone play them! Bring back the picnic benches or something similar. Those high chairs aren't comfortable to sit at for long periods of time while waiting on a game of pool. What goose thought of putting mainly high chairs in a pool and darts area.

13/10/2024: A mocha on a take away cup when I’m sitting in the cafe ? I asked and he told me all mochas go in a take away cup! We have sat in 4 times in just this years and never received a mocha in a coffee cup while sitting down !!! Wdaf !!! Cannot taste the Belgian chocolate like I did yday or any other day I sat in or took away! Got a mocha yday and it tasted way better and more chocolate flavour like I have received every other time in here! The guy clearly wasn’t happy or confused my partner went up to complain! Useless custowmrs service! Very slow at cleaning up after other customers! We had to clear our own table!

14/07/2025: Went here for dinner yesterday. Ordered lamb biryani and chicken biryani. We got an overcooked biryani item that had no taste at all. Will not go there again.. Very bad experience..

08/08/2025: The corn gluten free 6 inch tacos were delicious. Service was quick. The interior seating was comfortable. Overall, it's good value for money.

04/07/2025: I was there with a group of friends meeting our friend who has not long had a baby. There was slightly too many of us for the table we were sat at and we moved to a bigger table. The blonde older lady who should definitely not be working in hospitality barked at us if we had a reservation, we said no she barked at us again well you can’t sit here it’s reserved. We had no problem moving, there was a lovely girl with her and she apologised that she had to move us while the horrible blond woman stormed off. We moved and and the lovely girl with the black hair came over and took our order. Behind her every time the woman with the blonde hair walked past she looked over at the table giving dirty looks, now bare in mind we were all catching up with our friend getting cuddles with her new baby and she was giving us dirty looks and shaking her head practically the whole time we where there. It made us feel quite uncomfortable. She then brought out drinks to the table and grunted at us when putting the drinks on the table. We got our food which was fine and served by the nice girl with the black hair. When it was time for us to leave to our misfortune the same older blond lady was at the till and we were splitting the bill. I was the second last person to pay and the last person was at the end of the queue as she was putting out friends baby back in the pram. I said to the blonde lady what I had and she said did you not get the breakfast sandwich or something like that, I said no I got waffles. She then shouted to the my friend who was 3 people behind me, are you going to pay for your order, totally ignoring me like she was intentionally calling out my friend as if she was going to run out without paying. My friend was mortified and said sorry when she shouted at her and asked did she want her to jump the queue in front of these other people. The blonde lady barked again well you have to pay your part of the table. When it came to my turn I actually couldn’t even look the woman in the eye I was so embarrassed and angry at the way she spoke to us. We spent well over 150 euro between us and none of us would set foot in the place again. We all work in the same place and we have been here before in large groups spending 100s for occasions. Some of the other women in the office do go more regularly. Well I can tell you that no one in our office will be going back there again after we have told them all how horrific we were treated in there. That blonde woman should not be working with the public! Do not have her near customers at all or you will not have any customers left.
