21/02/2025: Fantastic, I loved the food , I got myself a cheeky cheese and bacon fries with a refreshing coke! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the bacon was cooked to perfection with a little crunch to them and the staff was so sweet!!! I am definitely coming back again thanks for the great experience 🩷

03/02/2025: Waited over 50 minutes for food that never came. Watched while all the tables around all us for served and finished their food. Would understand if it was busy, BUT IT WASNT!!

15/12/2024: Had a lovely experience today. One of the best curries I've had in a long time, definitely recommend. Also try the warm chicken and bacon salad, absolutely fab. Ladies at the counter were very pleasant, made us laugh.

29/12/2024: Visited the Craftsman on Saturday (14th December 2024) I was disappointed by the amount of Vaping taking place inside Member of band playing vaping, appropriately 11 people in pub doing high degree of vaping, there was visible high level haze in the pub at times … it reminded me of the days when smoking was allowed in pubs I did ask the management about vaping policy in the Craftsman, but was disappointed with the fact they do not have any… not like other pubs in the area, who treat it the same a smoking Overall a ok Pub … but let down on vaping policy, personally will now be going to other pub in the area, who look after the majority of the customers and not just those who vape

27/12/2024: Quaint but cosy little pub, my visit today was for a less joyful occasion however the staff were very accommodating, the food was really tasty and the drinks were very refreshing. I can recommend this location should it cross the path of anyone passing through the area.

15/02/2025: Food was quite nice other than it being slightly cold as the delivery took over an hour, and when I rang to ask where my food was the staff member that answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. Food is always nice when eating it from fresh but if you live 10 minutes away or more don't order for delivery.

18/03/2025: Overall, hotel is good value for money, The rooms are very basic and need updating. The food is good with big portions , The staff were all friendly and polite , we had a room facing the river and were not disturbed by noise or traffic from the road , what disturbed us and the whole hotel was the fire alarm going off twice during the night due to other residents smoking in their rooms , this was very frightening and disturbing to happen twice during one night while you are in a deep sleep 🫣😢 . Also signs posted in the bathroom notifying residents that the steam fro showered and baths can also set off fire alarms , so beware when staying here , your nights or days can be disturbed by smoke alarms going off ant any given time .

16/03/2025: I must say room was nice once we found it very badly layed out we were in block b as a family...got to room tv wasnt working nice man came fixed for 2 minutes and signal went again child was not happy...place was very clean in fairness to cleaning staff un fortunately reception staff not so ...fire alarms set off twice at 3.44am and again 5 minutes later rang reception but got no answer we could not get answers as to what was happening and all of us could not get back to sleep...jump ahead to morning and asked at reception about the situation just to be told two different stories (some1 smoking in room and some1 hit the alrms in hallway) asked to speak to a manager to be told no manager was on duty...we now have a 2 hr drive home tired which is not good....would have liked to speak with manager as we have stayed in many of the tracey hotel nation wide but this would have been one of the worst stays to be honest u expect a good sleep when u stay and pay €185 plus an extra €25 for breakfast at hotel but not this time so unfortunate...

28/03/2025: Drive through closed. Go inside and it's chaos 17 orders In front. Not enough staff on. Waiting now 20 mins for 1 meal and another 20 probably by the time it's here.

21/03/2025: Very disappointing. Had kids with dietary requirements tried to order food at counter very ignorant staff with very little English just shouting use the kiosk use the kiosk at us..I asked to speak to manager repeatedly just kept getting ignored. The guy behind the counter eventually sent a young boy with no English out to use machine for us and got the order wrong. Been coming here for years since they opened but never ever again

11/03/2025: The most expensive coffee (10c more) in Ireland's Mcdonalds (even more expensive than the Dublin airport Mcdonalds), only in Waterford. The Coffee & Treat deal cancels the difference out.

14/02/2025: Never seem to get the order right, drive through or delivery. Missing items every single time. Sometimes in drive through food cold and stale, how is that possible?

20/03/2025: First time visiting this takeaway Food was absolutely disgusting cheese roll where over cooked just soaked in grease satay sauce was the most sweet thing ever meant to be peanut style. The woman on desk was the most rude person I've ever seen customer rang looking for her delivery as she was waiting 2 hours and her reply do I know where driver is. Absolutely shocking customer service avoid at all costs horrible place

13/10/2024: A mocha on a take away cup when I’m sitting in the cafe ? I asked and he told me all mochas go in a take away cup! We have sat in 4 times in just this years and never received a mocha in a coffee cup while sitting down !!! Wdaf !!! Cannot taste the Belgian chocolate like I did yday or any other day I sat in or took away! Got a mocha yday and it tasted way better and more chocolate flavour like I have received every other time in here! The guy clearly wasn’t happy or confused my partner went up to complain! Useless custowmrs service! Very slow at cleaning up after other customers! We had to clear our own table!

14/03/2025: We went here based on the 4.5 star rating but I can’t fathom why it rates this highly. The staff were lovely and accommodating. But the food was very disappointing. Bland yet at the same time very strangely seasoned. The meats tasted like they were seasoned with Indian spices and the flavors were just bizarre and nothing went together. This place is highly popular with young folks but, sadly it’s just not good Mexican-style food.

28/11/2024: Service was completely rushed. Brought main course plates while still eating starters. Food was bland and tasteless. No spice flavours whatsoever. Won't be returning.

03/11/2024: I was greeted by a lovely young lady, who seemed to be head of front of house. She had great customer service skills. My disappointment started with the wine. It wasn't at all nice. I mentioned this to the lady and she looked after me by allowing me to taste the other option. Neither wine was nice. My starter pakora prawns had no Indian flavours just sweet chili sauce. The main course was not as flavoursome as I previously tasted. The young lady who seemed in charge of the floor saved this from getting a one star. I don't think I will be back.

29/01/2025: i came here today to get a coffe / and there was que in front so i decided to use the toilet before and when i was passing over the counter receptionist name Jay shouted across the cafe at me toilet only for coustumer use only. that was the rudest thing i heard in my life other customers also expressed the same shock as me. how can someone put up with such a rude behaviour.
