09/08/2025: As a business owner myself, I want to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the manager of this restaurant. I experienced a delay in service during my visit, which I completely understand mistakes happen, and it’s human to occasionally overlook something. What truly impressed me was how the situation was handled. After I expressed my concern, the manager personally came over to apologize for the inconvenience and kindly offered both the pizza and drink on the house. I went to pay the bill before the food was brought out, but they respectfully declined to accept payment. This thoughtful gesture showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their service. Thank you once again 🙏I truly appreciate it, and I will definitely be returning

25/07/2025: This is review on the takeaway service in Cafe Goa. Firstly the food is lovely, but although you are told it is busy, and takeaways can be up to an hr for delivery, we live literally 5 mins drive from restaurant but were having a drink so we couldn't collect. 2hrs for delivery and food stone cold when it arrived. The price is expensive but if the food is good you can accept that, however , what I can't accept is cold food for the expensive cost. So unfortunately I will not be eating or ordering from Cafe Goa again. Martin Roche. 👎

16/08/2025: Absolutely awful service for my nanny's 80th tonight . Forever waiting for food ,nearly 2 hours waiting on mains,most dishes cold ,some mains sent out as starters ,3 dishes sent back . No apology they didn't care and overcharged on paying and weren't the only table to complain about the awful food . Poor servers getting kilt by the boss was apauling and it wasn't even they're fault !

18/07/2025: A cocktail bar like you'd dream of. Nice, quiet ambiance, pleasant music, polite bartenders. The bar is a bit hidden, it was quiet, and it definitely deserves more visitors. Fair prices, good service, and first-class signature cocktails.

19/08/2025: Well ignore the smoking area at front, people can do as they please. I loved the furniture, the layout was interesting. The staff, even busy, were very friendly and prompt. Couldn’t fault the food.

09/09/2025: Absolutely horrible place don’t clean the toilets I’ve been to other insomnia cafes and they were lovely this place the quality and taste is horrible , a staff member her name is Emily was advised not to make it too hot as it was for a 3 year old and my sister burnt her mouth with the hot chocolate disgusting

30/08/2025: Coffee is not up to the standard that it should be. I only ever go to insomnia when I’m in a new place because I know that coffee in insomnia is the best and everywhere else I go it’s really good. This place has a good vibe, lovely staff but coffee was definitely not up to standard. I even asked for a remake and it was the same poor flavour of coffee. It is upsetting especially when you know how insomnia coffee usually tastes like and you are not getting it

17/09/2025: Easily the absolute best place to get breakfast in this country, I always get the panini with Pudding and Rashers delivered and a can of monster and it’s always absolutely unbelievable, highly reccomend to anyone

20/08/2025: I have to say this was my favorite little spot I spent 2 days in Waterford and this little gem was right across the way from me I'm coliac and get left out from their amazing menu I can't tell you how rare it is for me to enter an establishment and dine like everyone else in the place thank you so much the food was amazing the atmosphere was class and the staff were too notch helpful not only accommodating to 2 moody pre teens but 3 tired adults even helped us with bus time tables I highly and whole heartedly recommend this place and can not wait to make a return for some delisous food.
