19/10/2024: Lovely restaurant! Popped in no reservation, and they seated us promptly. Food was amazing! Potote skins for starter, cannoli and pizza, very authentic Italian crust! (Sad we forgot our takeaway box) took our lovely waitress recommendations for the cookie sandwich for dessert! And brownie! A+++++

The waiters would avoid us unless we shouted loudly for them or physically went up to the counter. The restaurant was not full. It was all floor and bar staff. I would eat there again if all staff members were to be easier to get the staff's attention.

Very overpriced for what you get. Minuscule starters and mains. Food very bland, stone cold and like leather to chew. Drinks tasted awful. Not much choice for food allergies either. Charged 12.5% vat for a larger table. We’ve been here a few times as it’s our local and just gets worse every time. Wont be back. Plenty of other places local with great food, service and most importantly the price.

10/07/2024: Paid 350 euros for christening party food, raw sausages, chicken gougons, frozen chips, rude sullen staff, a lot of our group got no food, when I complained, 2 small platters came out an hour later. Understaffed, no glasses collected from tables, told manager was on leave. Left contact details by phone and on line, no replies. Keep away from here, total rip off

27/09/2024: Very quite at rhe time. Very friendly staff, clean, warm great place to watch sport on TV. Bottlenose legacy cider was very refreshing, but like most bars these days on the expensive side...lovely pub/bar...
25/07/2024: Oskars bar is a great place to go to a great bar in the middle of dunmore road with a great atmosphere and friendly and welcoming staff . Have been here many times and the food is affordable and delicious I recommend the pulled pork burger or the loaded beef nachos

10/10/2024: Huge bar near the wonderful People's Park just on the outskirts of the city.Chess club every Tuesday night,,but it's a nice pub if you'd like a quiet pint or to watch the football..they do food,but I can't comment as I've never eaten here...seems to have standard fare(Soup and sandwiches chicken Kiev's,casserole/stew,fish and chips etc.)Plenty of room and a cosy snug with fire at the front.Has potential to be a great pub.Could do with a makeover as it's tatty,
