11/08/2025: Amazing thai food reasonably priced. We ordered mixed starter, soup and pad thai along with the duck curry. Beautiful food and a beautiful setting.

24/10/2025: I haven't been to this pub in ages. Since university I'd say. It's so cosy and there is a lovely atmosphere there. It has a small upstairs venue too which is cool. The people we spoke to we very friendly too. As was the bar man Tom. So welcoming and witty at the same time. My type of person. A great selection of IPA'S which pleased me no end. 👏🍻🐐

23/10/2025: Best pub in town ! Tom is the nicest ever and it's an absolute beautiful place. It feels warm (the fireplace is so nice when it's cold) and homey and so cosy. A must visit with a large choice of beer ! Thank you for the kind welcome !! We will be back !

20/12/2025: I have to post an update to my previous review. Our latest visit to Supermacs was a completely different, and wonderful, experience. The staff were far friendlier and more attentive than before. But what truly made our day was an act of kindness that went above and beyond. My son, who is autistic, was trying to open the door to the stairs. A staff member (a lovely female employee whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) didn't just open the door—she kindly and safely carried him up the stairs herself. This simple act of kindness has changed my view.

17/10/2025: Portion is very small, in other Supermac much bigger and nicer. Was there first time and not sure will be back or not.

20/07/2025: Lovely local tradition pub, owned by the landlord not by a brewery. Good quality Guinness, great for a chat.
