05/05/2026: ’ve been ordering coffee from this Blue butterfly for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The coffee is absolutely wonderful—rich, fresh, and you can really taste the quality. I also love that they have organic coffee, which makes it even better. On top of that, their customer service is consistently amazing. Every interaction has been friendly, helpful, and efficient, which makes the whole experience feel personal and reliable. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great coffee and great service

12/09/2025: We had a lovely pistachio hot chocolate, tiramisu, and a Black Forest dessert. All of it was absolutely delicious! The staff are also amazing and friendly! We will definitely be coming back!

21/07/2026: Nice spot for coffee but one short waiter was giving me weird looks and almost cringed after I asked for a second coffee which kind of ruined my experience but other then that its fine

23/06/2026: Tried both the pastrami sandwich and the chicken sandwich. I’d give both a solid 7/10. The bread was excellent and the meat was really tasty, which made both sandwiches enjoyable. The goat cheese was a standout and deserves an 8/10 on its own. The only downside was the crisps, which tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while and weren’t as fresh as the rest of the meal. Overall, a good experience with some great ingredients, especially the bread and goat cheese.

17/06/2026: A humble and quaint French inspired cafe with fantastic, personal service by Eddie. A hidden gem of a cafe spot in Waterford City, along the Quays. Would highly recommend!

14/08/2026: Unfortunately we have to leave a bad review. We walked not being local and knowing the menu. We have changed our mind as we have a child with a disability and while deciding we asked for a big bottle of tap water. Was brought a tiny bottle of water. We apologised when we left and was charged 5e for the bottle of water that we didn't touch. Very bad service do not recommend.

12/07/2026: Read this was a popular sports spot in the city. Met expectations! Watched a World Cup quarter final. Busy spot with lots of movement. Screens left and right.

14/05/2026: We recently had a small 40th birthday party down in Jarrz and it was perfect. I was dealing with Suzanne via email beforehand to confirm and she was very helpful. We wanted somewhere with a good atmosphere, where we could get food and also watch the Arsenal match. It must be the best sports bar in Waterford at the minute with the sheer amount of screens and every single sports catered for. We had the match on in front of us, we ordered food down from Espresso and the bar staff were very good. There was also karaoke at the end of the night so our party were happy out!

07/11/2025: We ate here yesterday. It was my first time eating here in over 18 months and I really enjoyed it. I had the Vegan Bap which was Brioche Bap which was slightly toasted with Halloumi Cheese, fried egg, avocado, lettuce, tomato and a nice relish on the side. I did apply all of the relish to my bun which was very tasty. This was so delicious - one of those times you make a noice when you eat because of the lovely taste. Afterwards we had a coffee and the Tunisian orange cake which was very light but very tasty indeed. Service was excellent and it was quiet enough to talk. I look forward to returning.
