09/10/2025: This cafe is buzzing with energy, friendly helpful service, healthy delicious food and great coffee. I went in to get a coffee for a homeless guy one day and bumped into Sinead the owner I knew from years ago we had a friendly chat and she gave me the coffee and croissant for free as I told her who it was for. Highly recommend 👍

07/11/2025: We ate here yesterday. It was my first time eating here in over 18 months and I really enjoyed it. I had the Vegan Bap which was Brioche Bap which was slightly toasted with Halloumi Cheese, fried egg, avocado, lettuce, tomato and a nice relish on the side. I did apply all of the relish to my bun which was very tasty. This was so delicious - one of those times you make a noice when you eat because of the lovely taste. Afterwards we had a coffee and the Tunisian orange cake which was very light but very tasty indeed. Service was excellent and it was quiet enough to talk. I look forward to returning.

09/03/2026: We had the pleasure of performing for international women's day 2026, the staff went above and beyond for us. Accommodating every need we had or question we needed answering. The room was beautiful and intimate and they didn't mind us having some extra decorations. Can't wait for the next one 😉

02/01/2026: Overall, the food was not great. Most dishes came out, colder incorrect, and had to be remain. The oysters were the only thing that was worthwhile. Other than that you have an inexperienced kitchen and a wait staff, too worried about their tip and not about the customers experience.

25/10/2025: Amazing little pub. One of a kind in Waterford. Absolutely fantastic craic pouring your own drinks. Management and staff always super friendly and accommodating. Get there early to secure your seats!! Been coming here since college and even now years later I still come by when I’m out and about. Always a great time in Jarrz🩵🤍

28/10/2025: Small but has everything! Few restaurant options in the food court, but delicious options at a good price. You don't pay to use the restroom. The mall is very centrally located. It has 2 or 3 supermarkets, bookstores, clothing and decoration stores, there's even a vinyl record store. Small shops and large department stores. I loved it.

25/03/2026: Very unprofessional and caught in a lie. I was looking to buy a do-er upper home by myself , John said he would only be able take a bid if I did a structural report. Me being young , totally green and accommodating I accepted in paying €450 to one of his friends for a report. I could only make a renovation feasible if I would qualify for the home vacancy grant. Before I started any process with John I asked him, and also his wife on two occasions each …if the house was vacant for 2yrs. They assured me it was each time , then once I got the report done and put in a few bids, he contacted my mortgage broker to recommend that it would not be a “feasible investment” for me. My mortgage broker pulled support immediately for any potential renovation,and then John rang me a day later to say that unfortunately the house wasn’t in fact vacant with two years afterall. He told me he had a cash buyer ready to go more on the bidding, and was eager to close as it was a bank sale. I was quite disgusted and disappointed …and knowing I was being misled ,I gave up. A day or so later I knocked on a few doors of some very helpful neighbours, they got me in contact the seller of the property (who was extremely obliging) … they assured me it most definitely wasn’t a bank sale…and that they were not in any rush whatsoever to close. I wished the person luck with the sale and just stated I simply wanted to find out if I was misled or not. Unprofessional and misleading. I may be young,but I worked hard ,saved hard and am very honest with anyone I come across.A very unpleasant experience

18/03/2026: It was a pleasure to have dealt with Tom. He agreed to meet us on a Saturday morning before Christmas to allow us a viewing of the house that interested us. It was so easy to contact him directly by phone and when the keys were being handed over, it was a lovely touch to receive a card and a bottle of prosecco as well.

22/12/2025: Fantastic bar, lively & friendly atmosphere, absolutely hopping when live music on, best bar around for selection of craft beers and somewhere to just chill and meet up mint friends.

01/04/2026: I had a lovely overnight stay right in the heart of Waterford not too far from food, drink and shopping. The hotel staff were very friendly and the food was lovely as well. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for accommodation for their stay in Waterford as it was a reasonable price as well for one double room and one room with a double bed. I look forward to visiting again.
