20/11/2024: I had a gorgeous lunch here today. Clean, warm and very welcoming staff. The Ham Piadina was amazing. Bread so fresh.

07/11/2024: No words can express the absolutely perfection that we experienced at Waterford Castle for our daughter’s wedding! It was beyond our hopes and dreams. They seamless took care of all the pieces for our stay and ceremony. We seriously felt like family. Gillian is the most professional, amazing, conscientious coordinator you could ask for. Her attention to detail and true caring showed in everything she did! Sally was so lovely. Fiona made us feel so well taken care of. Ryan served us well, if you know what I mean!!😉🥃🍸. Antonio was so helpful! Micheal is a gem and always put a smile on our face! Needless to say we loved our time at the castle!! ❤️

13/10/2024: Having been in this place quite a few times, Bell Pepper delivers every time with its friendly service and great food, particular highlights for me being the Massaman Curry, Green Caesar Salad and Sweet Potato Fries, all of them always being fresh and rich with flavour. Overall, a convenient and reliable way to eat healthy food while out in Waterford City.

14/11/2024: I stay here when visiting my consultant in Waterford The food is excellent with a good variety , Rooms are comfrtable and good size since it has b een upgraded the rooms are decorated to very high standard

30/10/2024: Atmosphere on a fairly quiet Tuesday evening but we were really looking for that. A sublime choice of crafted beers. Personally I was able to taste a particularly interesting oyster stout and an excellent OHaras 51 state. Rock music for people my age, quite nostalgic for the 90s 😂. Edit: second evening here. Fu.king good playlist! Even my 20-year-old daughter, a music expert and student in Waterford, thought it was amazing! And my beer is still just as good!

31/10/2024: Absolutely loved our stay in the granville hotel ,the staff are absolutely amazing and the food is outstanding from bar food to the restaurant, the hotel itself is a wonderful old building that's so warm and comfortable and very convenient to all Waterford has to offer ,we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel and its warm friendly staff.

07/10/2024: Upon visiting waterford for business purposes I popped into the hotel for breakfast. It was 09.57hrs , the lady at the desk stated to make our way over to breakfast room that it was served at 10.00hrs. On making our way there a staff member in the breakfast area asked what were we doing here and we stated we were directed this way for breakfast . I have to say she was the most ignorant member of staff I have ever met told us to get out that breakfast isn't served until 10.00hrs and this was at 09.58hrs. She shut the door behind us. We therefore left and won't be returning. It takes nothing to be nice to people, and we felt like a total inconvenience to the hotel especially this staff member.

26/10/2024: Would highly recommend working with Jerri-Ann at Sherry Fitzgerald John Rohan! Great communication and makes the process stress-free. It's safe to say her customer's satisfaction is a priority. Stellar customer service!

18/10/2024: Went in one day to make some queries they were very helpful the staff and there were very professional. The lady I dealt with knew her stuff. Always prefer local.

26/03/2024: Lovely cafe !! The sandwiches are to die for and many options for drinks ( coffee is great) . It would be nice if they kept the salads also but overall many lunch options.

15/03/2024: Very lovely place! All the ladies are super nice and welcoming, the food is delicious, they have lots of option for vegetarians, also I was delighted to find the small portion option as I can't eat a big full irish. Definitely coming back!♥️

11/10/2024: Myself and my husband had our wedding coming party here in jarzz, absolutely lovely venue , staff are just so kind and helpful and really go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect, we got food platters and they were very responsible priced there was lots of food and was very much enjoyed by all , would absolutely highly recommend this venue for any occasion

26/10/2024: I really hate when you go in to try out a new place and when you walk in the door no one acknowledges your presence. There was a gentleman in front of me who just finished ordering coffee when I approached the counter. The female barista looked at me and instantly turned her back and began making the beverages. I stood there for about 3 minutes, and I would have been fine if at least someone nodded and said, I'll be with you in 2 seconds." Anything at all. It really made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there. Very poor customer service; it's not like the place was extremely busy and they had a lot to do. I used to work in various cafes, and treating customers like they're invisible was not acceptable. I really don't know how they are still in business although I hope my experience was an isolated incident. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is the fact that their treats look very appetising, probably the only reason why I stood there for the 3 minutes unfortunately couldnt order them as there was no one available to serve me. Really disappointed

20/10/2024: Often come here for coffee and cake and even ice cream ! Love love love the coffee you guys use! The cakes are so filling and so tasty! Love sitting in and enjoyable to sit out in too! Much nicer coffee than next doors place!

26/06/2024: Pleasant place. Staff is pleasant. The premises could do with some updating, but it does the job. I go there to watch the dogs, bet and have a drink. I have never tried the restaurant.
