09/12/2025: Very nice hotel and friendly staff I haven't stayed at this hotel but I do like it the staff in the bar are very helpful and nice it's great location the only thing I didn't like was that there is no leisure centre in the hotel it would suit the hotel great if it had room for a leisure centre and a swimming pools steam rooms etc the hotels in waterford city that do have a pool do not do a day pass for other hotels and that's a very big disappointment.

They made the entire process go incredibly smooth from start to finish professional, clear, and always on top of everything. What really stood out to me the most was the support from Ciara and Jerri-Ann. Their work is genuinely top-notch: they kept everything moving, stayed in constant communication, and made even the trickier parts of the process feel easy. Their attention to detail and the level of care they put into their work made a huge difference. I’m delighted with my new home and couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through it. 04/01/2026: Food was absolutely delicious, beef was to die for, enjoyed every morsel. Service was friendly but professional and on an extremely busy evening, the staff handled everything in a calm, efficient manner. We live in Dublin but would find it hard to beat Everetts in terms of fine dining at such an affordable price. Thanks to all the team for making our evening so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back

25/10/2025: My room was right next door to the hotel. I didn't really feel like eating out that evening. I ordered takeout and was able to pick it up 10 minutes later. It would have been nice to sit inside, but I was just too worn out from the hurricane that had passed through that day. The portion of rice was huge, and the food was delicious.

26/06/2025: If I was to use one word to describe this place it would be “consistency”. Whether it’s a takeaway or dine in, every time the food and service have been top notch. Restaurant is small and intimate, with Thai themed decor throughout as expected. Very comfortable seating and very discrete attentive service. Prices are very reasonable also.
