27/08/2026: Haven't been here in a while for food. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my food. This use to be the best chipper in town, but not anymore. The staff was nice.

15/08/2026: This has to be the worst food place I have ever encountered. The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was clearly stale. Everything tasted old, and the whole place smelled awful. I’ve genuinely never experienced a Subway this bad before. The place looked completely neglected and poorly maintained. Whoever owns this branch should be ashamed of the standard they’re allowing customers to experience. I honestly couldn’t believe food was being served in a place that appeared to be in such poor condition. What’s most shocking is that this is a multi-million company. How can you let a franchise fall to such a low standard? It’s honestly embarrassing. The lack of freshness, cleanliness, and basic customer service was completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Subway should be ashamed that one of its stores is operating at this standard.

26/05/2026: Staff behaviour is very bad. I went to have some food but their customer service was very poor. Not going anymore back 😡.

12/09/2026: My self and my partner went here and asked about a draft beer we had the week before and was told by a staff member no such drink exists, he was extremely rude, laughed and walked away. It was a gluten free dietary requirement due to and an allergy. I noticed the beer available on another tap and queried it, then the owner said ' well this beer isn't gluten free, I reiterated if the advertised beer is the one tapped then its gluten free. Its acwell know brand that offers a gluten free option. The owner reluctantly agreed it was but stated they don't advertise it, instead of politely admiting he was wrong. I had got another drink and asked if I cluld chage it, inwas told no way then he walked off. I was very annoyed by arkward conversation, laughing and rude responses. We sat down at a table near the door and noticed we didn't get any beer mats, I complained to my partner that I won't be asking them for anymore, the rude younger fella overheard and proceeded to throw one at me and said ' we were given one ' Absolutely ridiculous attitude here. Not a nice place to go for a drink.

20/09/2026: Today, I ordered salt and chilli shredded chicken and chicken fried rice. The chicken is rubbery, inedible and the curry is watery. I have complained about the quality of the food, the girl on the phone is rude, she says that I have to pay for the delivery charge to get a full refund and return the food to them. The quality of service is unacceptable, the staff are rude and nasty. This is unacceptable, the lady on the phone was telling me that I was in the wrong and that if I want a full refund, I will have to come to the store myself, even though I got it delivered. Awful customer service, terrible food. Very disappointed.

12/09/2026: Not only was the wait time long—which you could maybe excuse since it was a Saturday—but the main problem was that the fish wasn't seasoned at all, practically tasteless. I ordered two meals with Sprite, but only one Sprite arrived. When I asked where the second one was, the delivery driver said he’d go buy it and come right back, but he never returned. I definitely don't recommend this place, it's not worth it. There are a few much better takeaways than this one. Update.. one hour later I got my Sprite.

18/08/2026: AVOID!! Went in just for a snack box ..first portion was obviously left sitting there ages they were soggy and tasteless and chicken was like rubber..went back in and the woman was pure cheeky and rude when I asked if they could remake it ..got a second portion and they were the most undercooked chips you could have gotten and the exact same chicken handed back to me… had to go back in and the owner and woman just stood there giving out because I came back in again …told them the food was undercooked and the owner trying to be smart bit into one and looked half disgusted (didn’t even swallow it either lol) asked for my money back and was thrown the change and waved goodbye into my face ..better food in coppolas across the road anyways
