24/11/2025: Wanted to try a new coffee shop. Went in around 11:30-12 , bathrooms were disgusting with pee on the floor and no toilet paper in any of them. It wasn’t busy but I understand since there were only 3 people on staff that I saw. One barista did not have their hair tied up when making drinks. Other then that drinks were lovely and the girl who served us was very understanding and polite.

05/11/2025: Overall a good Costa. I had the Cortado which was nice. The seats need to be replaced as some are torn and frayed. The staff member who served me was pleasant but two others were engaged in a hushed conversation which looked out of place.

09/12/2025: Stunning food. We are very fussy eaters but this is honestly the best Chinese food in Gorey. The curry sauce is to die for. Very quick delivery. Lovely friendly staff also. Would highly recommend

01/01/2026: Don't waste time and money ordering on the app. I placed order for collection using the app. I got a message saying my order was ready for collection and headed inside only to discover they hadn't even started to cook it. After twenty minutes waiting it was ready. So I would have been as well just walking in and ordering rather than using the app which adds 70 cent service charge and isn't linked in to the orders being done! Staff even said app wasn't reliable so what's the point of paying even more to use it? Food is delicious though and staff are lovely

07/12/2025: Food is decent, although they consistently struggle to cook chips, Staff for the most part are friendly however the head chef if horrible, placed an order and his reaction was to loudly curse and openly show his frustration at the order being placed, which really would put you off ordering here again. I think he should go on the dole, as work seems to not be for him

02/01/2026: Ordered at 5.05pm, 5 minutes after it opened, took over 2 hours to be delivered, food was cold and had to be heated in the oven on arrival, unacceptable 😡

31/01/2026: Me and my spanish friends ordered 2 orders for one table, the first one arrived perfectly, however, a blonde-haired waitress called Hannah took away the table locator, even though we told her the still was qnother order assigned to that number. She wad rude all the time. When we tried claiming that order, she said it had already been served. It wasn't. We lost money. It was only Hannah, the other people in staff were nice with us.

31/01/2026: I had a very disappointing experience. I was not given my food, and the entire situation was caused by someone named Hannah. She removed my number from the table before it was time, without asking or checking, and did so in a very rude and disrespectful way. I was polite and respectful at all times, yet I was treated with no courtesy at all. Because of her mistake and lack of professionalism, I ended up without my meal and without my money . This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer service. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously.

24/12/2025: People are nice there but really nothing to say on the food except the kebab was tasteless and made with not grilled low quality processed meat. Onion bhaji were full of oil, not crispy but soggy.. Sauce on the side was blend
