House of plates in Castlebar legal

Got a table for two on spec. Had a wonderful meal with a lovely Italian Primitivo. Staff were great. Should be on the Michelin recommended list

Really Good. Food was Very Good. Staff tried hard. Only slight complaint is prob staff too attentive, over to us, too often, but thats nit picking. Overall excellent experience, food excellent.

Been wanting to try this place and it didn’t disappoint me at all! On busy days I think reservation is a must. We walked in and luckily there’s a table for us. Food is incredibly good. Waiting time for food is not long and the manager and staff are very helpful and accommodating. I never get salad in restaurants but I tried their grilled chicken salad and it’s a 10/10. Steamed cod fish with pickled clew bay mussels in Thai coconut sauce is delicious! My little girl enjoyed her Mac and cheese with bacon dust. I recommend this place and will go back again.

Exceptional brunch. Not to be missed, and would give most (far more expensive) Dublin establishments a run for their money! Try the Turkish eggs

There were five of us, one of whom wanted to eat vegan. We received a warm welcome, wonderful service, and enjoyed excellent food and exceptionally good wine. The vegan option was equally delicious and very creative overall. Highly recommended! 👌🏾🍀💖😍

The food is to die for. I highly recommend to pop by if you are in the area - they are also very accommodating with diet requirements - the staff are so lovely

Every sauce, purée, glaze, and marinade was impeccable. The textures and flavors were beautiful. Honestly best meal we have had in Ireland and we’ve been traveling the country for two weeks now. Absolute compliments to the chief 👏
