Small seating area downstairs with a larger area upstairs. Toilets are tucked away even further up on the third floor and can be a bit of a challenge . Food is ok for a quick bite. It's a bit expensive for fast food, but with the economy the way it is, I'm surprised it's open at all.

Deliveries are always missing items - last 2 have been missing multiple items. Instore when I questioned a portion size I was met by ignorance. If you collect, it may be ok, AVOID delivery - they just can't cope and can't get it right!

11/01/2025: Lovely pub with a very nice atmosphere and old style, food was delicious got a spice bag and I got about a massive portion.
15/12/2024: Went there for lunch as a couple. Food came very quickly and the service staff were all very friendly. A waitress even spoke German because she comes from Leipzig, which of course made us very happy. We wouldn't have expected that in such a small town. A rarity in restaurants these days: toilets are very clean and available in large numbers.

30/11/2024: We had a hectic day, needed a lovely, welcoming without booking for a hot meal for adult and child, an accommodating restaurant that further had gluten free/celiac menu that was more than generous with their portions with a fair price in todays economy. Sherwood Inn couldn't have done better if they tried! Thank you to all the staff & management!! ❤️🫸🏼
21/10/2024: Had a beautiful meal here today.. Lovely lady serves us and my god did she know how do her profession.. Highly recommend this place and we should have got the Ladies name. Toilets were clean which is always a good sign..
