The food was good, and the prices are reasonable. The quality of the food here seems a bit higher than other fast food options. If you have a larger group, there is an upstairs dining area (it was closed when I was there for dinner). My only real complaint was that the wait time for the food seemed a bit long. I believe I was waiting for about 20+ minutes, and there were people waiting for even more time that had already ordered before I arrived.

Hillbilly's

18/05/2026: I'm an authentic hillbilly from the southern Appalachians in NW Georgia, and this is solid fried chicken. I think it could handle a bit more salt, but it's extremely similar to fried chicken I could get at a church potluck back home. I also laughed out loud when I saw the unexpected representation of my people in the middle of Ennis. Wish I had gotten a t-shirt.
26/04/2026: A very cozy place with delicious food and friendly service. We arrived at 9:30 p.m., it wasn't crowded, and our order was ready quickly. I highly recommend it đź‘Ť

05/06/2026: The food and drinks were excellent, and we really enjoyed our visit. I would also like to mention that the Argentine wine “Nuestra Cabaña” comes from a well-known and respected winery in Argentina. However, there appears to be a typo in the menu regarding the name of this wine, which may be worth correcting. The customer service, however, was somewhat disappointing. In particular, the Irish waitress who brought our pizza never asked if we needed any cutlery and only provided two napkins. A little more attention to customers’ needs would have made the experience much better. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks was excellent, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
10/05/2026: We had such a fun night out here. Live music, amazing energy, and such a mixed bag of demographics. Truly feels like it’s for everyone. Nice to have a pub vibe, back patio, cocktail bar and live music venue all in the same place.
