02/03/2025: General McDonald's experience. Got a burger yesterday that had definitely been reheated. Overall good service

01/03/2025: This is a good location as it also gives two other restaurants to choose just in case you have picky children or the one that doesn't want McDonalds. But staff here were very nice and the food was very fresh as its a busy service station it's cooked to order.

19/03/2025: I ordered family party bucket and before leaving the counter I asked again and again to the Pakistani lady that all items are packed as per the order and she was found to be very very rude. Later when we went home open the stuff for friends party found less items chicken 3 pcs short. Baked beans and boneless chicken missing .It was so embarrassing for us in front of our friends. When I went there reported to the branch they were very arrogant and rude to me and never cared for customer problems. Beware this branch . Regards, Selmon

28/02/2025: Horrible experience, man on drugs comes in and takes a child's food security nowhere to be found, staff doesn't care after his guardian goes to complain. No refund offered no sympathy shown and a child forced to leave a full meal there and go home disappointed. Security waltzes in after five minutes as if nothing ever happened. Completely unprofessional, completely disgusting. Town isn't a safe place anymore

28/03/2025: The dirtiest McDonald's restaurant I have ever seen. All tables are full of food leftovers, bags, cups.....you name it. The floor is also littered with rubbish. No one cleans, unbelievable. We took the food to our hotel, 5 minutes away. The fries were just ice cold....

14/03/2025: I went to this restaurant around 1:30 today. I went in and the chef were just looking at me while I am waiting at the door to be sitted. The waitress clearly could tell i was in and waiting, but she didn't want to be bothered telling me you can sit or please wait. So i took it as a sign I can sit wherever I can sit.( because there was no customer and so quiet) I was waiting to get the menu soon because there were no customer, even didn't seem like she was preparing delivery or takeaway food. When she didn't give me menu, i was about to leave and then she told me something, when I said sorry? Then she clearly shouted at me " you can sit wherever you want!" She clearly seemed so annoyed at me the wholetime I was ordering. I should have left this restaurant because the wholetime i felt super uncomfortable. I understand working as a waitress is hard, but she needed to know more how to treat customers.

09/03/2025: Horrible experience, giving people wrong orders then denying that a person ordered it, shouting at people for no reason and grabbing children, i would give 0 stars.
