13/03/2026: I’ve had constant issues with drive-through and dine-in orders here, particularly in the evening. Wrong food, missing items, fries that are never fresh, and food that is never hot. Most recent order was €30 for 2 people and lots of problems. Go to the McDonalds at the airport if you must. But there lots of other better businesses around at those prices, and they won’t get your order wrong.

08/03/2026: Ordered from here twice and both times the food has arrived quick but soggy. Soggy is not a good quality for food especially pizza. i think its the packaging. even the chips were soggy. 1 out of 10 i would give it.

18/02/2026: I regularly visit mc donalds blackrock, sometimes just for it's beautiful coffee made with a smile. Ruth goes above and beyond and even has her regulars. She makes you feel so welcome. A nice way to start the day or even a nice lunchtime and it doesn't always have to be a burger, I love their wraps. The light choices ✨️

Always missing items in you uber eat / deliveroo order.
Never answers the phone.
Their place is always dirty.
What a share for Frascati, I advise you to get something nicer in Blackrock center, at least you will have what you paid for.

The person who answered the phone didn't seem to care too much and just wanted me off the phone without even an apology.
Food was cold when arrived and the chicken was so bad I actually had to clean the sauce off a chunk and make sure it was even chicken. I couldn't tell so I threw it all in the bin along with the cold soggy chips .
It's a shame because when we were growing up in the area it was a quality chipper. If I could give it a lower ranking I would.

Food was hot, portions was good.

16/03/2026: Place is a kip. Forgetting orders and leaving you waiting 30+ minutes for your food. Can’t even crack a smile very depressing and filthy.
11/03/2026: Not the best McDonald's out there, got a chicken burger and noticed something hard was packet like glue? Staff is very kind though.

03/03/2025: Fabuloso lugar en el corazón de la ciudad. Una variedad tan amplia en el menú y el personal era tan servicial. El restaurante estaba muy limpio, y nuestras mesas estaban constantemente supervisadas. Sin duda volveré!
