21/04/2026: Misleading “24 hours” listing, long wait, and incorrect order This morning I drove to McDonald’s – Gullivers Retail Park, Northwood Ave, which is clearly listed as “Open 24 hours” on both Google Maps and McDonald’s official website. Timeline: - 6:10 am – Left home - 6:13 am – Arrived at the drive‑through - Waited 10–15 minutes with no service at all While waiting, a staff member arrived for work. I asked if the restaurant was open and was told it “was supposed to be open.” - 6:51 am – Returned, and the restaurant was finally operating I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin®. I asked the staff member taking payment whether this location is open 24 hours, and she confirmed yes. When I explained what had happened earlier, she apologised and said they close between 5:00–6:00 am to prepare breakfast — which directly contradicts the advertised 24‑hour opening. When I got home and checked my order, I discovered I had been given only egg and cheese, with no bacon at all, despite paying the full price for a Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin. Summary: - Advertised as 24 hours but not operating as such - Long wait with no service - Paid for a premium item but received a cheaper, incorrect product

06/04/2026: Went to the drive thru , ordered , usual mundane stuff . Drove around , paid for food . Next kiosk or whatever it's called as the window slid open I couldn't help but notice that the young man seemed to be wearing a full face of make-up, nails done the lot. I'm glad I didn't order coffee as this refreshing surprise woke me up 10 times quicker and as I did a double take to make sure I wasn't dreaming I said to myself , wow, was not expecting that. Well done MC Donalds you have surpassed my expections of your outlet. Well done you .

08/03/2026: Ordered from here twice and both times the food has arrived quick but soggy. Soggy is not a good quality for food especially pizza. i think its the packaging. even the chips were soggy. 1 out of 10 i would give it.

05/03/2026: Out of 10 I give it a nine, the dough was soft and the pepperoni had just the right amount of spice, very good

11/05/2026: Great food but the “security” guard was beyond ignorant could swear he thought he was security for the White House not a burger shop would never go back purely on the fact of his attitude which is also a huge let down for the staff behind the counter as they were beyond lovely and helpful

04/05/2026: What the heck is happening? A security dude deciding who gets in to have food while it’s empty inside? Jokers.. Edit: Seriously, please get rid of this guy, he kept on insulting everyone in the inside, especially females. Behaviour simply unacceptable and I can provide more videos on request.

14/05/2026: I went there with my friend at 5pm on Thursday. I always like Eddies Rockets and even though I knew that this Rockets is not completely same, the experience was just horrible. Firstly, a female staff brought us one wrong burger so I told her that was wrong however she wasn’t sorry rather she seemed to doubt that our order was wrong. Secondly the food was alright, chips and burger were okay level but nothing worth to pay nearly €15… Overall, I overestimated the restaurant and I personally don’t recommend it 🥲
