24/12/2025: Misleading “24 hours” listing, long wait, and incorrect order This morning I drove to McDonald’s – Gullivers Retail Park, Northwood Ave, which is clearly listed as “Open 24 hours” on both Google Maps and McDonald’s official website. Timeline: - 6:10 am – Left home - 6:13 am – Arrived at the drive‑through - Waited 10–15 minutes with no service at all While waiting, a staff member arrived for work. I asked if the restaurant was open and was told it “was supposed to be open.” - 6:51 am – Returned, and the restaurant was finally operating I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin®. I asked the staff member taking payment whether this location is open 24 hours, and she confirmed yes. When I explained what had happened earlier, she apologised and said they close between 5:00–6:00 am to prepare breakfast — which directly contradicts the advertised 24‑hour opening. When I got home and checked my order, I discovered I had been given only egg and cheese, with no bacon at all, despite paying the full price for a Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin. Summary: - Advertised as 24 hours but not operating as such - Long wait with no service - Paid for a premium item but received a cheaper, incorrect product

19/12/2025: Their Drivethru got our orders wrong every single time. Amazing.

18/12/2025: I ordered through Just Eat delivery. The order was delivered in reasonable time. Ordered 3x Three Legends Box meals and 3 x Chicken Fillet Rolls. With Delivery I noticed only 2 cans of Pepsi and told the Delivery Guy shouldn't there be 3 cans , he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's what he got and went on his merry way. When opening the sealed food removing the red tape I immediately noticed the 3 Chicken Fillet Rolls were absent. I texted the Deliverer about missing items, no response. Then phoned KFC Blanchardstown a few times and just no answer. Now if this was the first time I had issues with incorrect items or undelivered items then it would be ok / forgiveable but it's indeed not the first time. I have also subsequently emailed Just Eat but not sure they are to blame if the order is incomplete. It is basically € 26.10 and a Can of Pepsi that I paid for that is unaccounted for. It seems from the feedback here and reviews that this is not an unusual occurrence which raises the question why's nothing being done about it and whether this is acceptable service from a company that is basically just taking your money for poor service delivery with no consequence. Utterly disgraceful and disappointed yet again. I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt but in this case it may be KF Cee you never again...

22/11/2025: If you’re not a customer they don’t let you use the toilet. I was a customer but I saw many possible customers told not to use the toilet. When I was in Paris, the workers made me feel so welcomed and they didn’t have any problems with me using the toilets without buying anything
