03/04/2025: Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered from UberEats, and their "big box" is a joke. Huge portion of rice, one sausage, and half a portion of dried chicken and beef, ALREADY CUT (the photo on the app shows a whole piece of chicken and beef). It just looks like leftovers 🤢 Ordered pudim, and it tastes store-bought. It was my first and last experience. I don't recommend it at all. Much better to buy the same plate from Wasabi or Sabor Nordestino.

10/05/2025: I was refused soap in a cup so I could wash my hands at the driver through. I was on my way to work didn’t have time to run into the bathroom. Why would you refuse a customer some soap it’s so silly. The food was ok just bad service and grumpy staff.

21/05/2025: I rarely dine in here because the place is a dive instead.
However, I visit the drive through maybe twice a month. Who hires the staff there? It’s a real roll of the dice luck for a competent employee! From no straws, no milk, no sugar to cold food and 15 min wait in the drive through! The only decent thing out of the place is the coffee place is a kip.
13/05/2025: Best thing about this place is Laura. Absolute pleasure. Always makes sure your foods up to standard. Always keeps herself busy. Very hard worker. Lovely girl ☺️

10/05/2025: Went there today with the family, service was fine but the food was awful. Undercooked fries and rubbery chicken. They forgot to give me my milkshake, I actually didn’t even notice this until about an hour after I left, to be honest considering how bad the food was they probably did me a favor.

28/03/2025: Me negó a mí y a mi sobrina de 12 años el uso del baño. Un miembro del personal dijo que no, que está cerrado. Otra funcionaria dijo que le preguntaría al gerente. El gerente dijo que no. Nos sirvió la comida y nos llevó nuestro dinero, pero cuando se le preguntó sobre el uso del baño dijo que estaba cerrado. Mi sobrina tiene 12 años. No es aceptable.

Driver rang accusing me of wrong address. Agreesive on arrival. Told me I got it all wrong. Showed him app with correct address and he backed down.
What a terrible place.
31/03/2025: We just experienced the worst customer service, my partner ordered for delivery from Silvios to which it never arrived, when we called and questioned the whereabouts of the food we were greeted by an extremely aggressive tone from the man in the chipper saying the driver called “20” times, he didn’t… we have 0 missed calls and no knock at the door. He then screamed at us when we said this didn’t happen… I’m not sure what he thought he would gain from speaking to my partner like that. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I’m well aware of my surroundings and if someone contacted me or knocked on my door I would know about it.
I would never ever go to order from here again just from the customer service alone, we didn’t call for an argument it was just my partner asking if it was on its way or not.

05/04/2025: This is hands down the worst McDonald’s to order from. Without fail, every time I order online something is either missing or just completely wrong. Today was the worst one yet as I visited the restaurant in-person and ordered a raspberry and white chocolate pie for takeaway and received something with chocolate in it, in the wrong packaging. I opened it up at home so didn’t realise at the time of order. The restaurant wasn’t busy so there’s no excuse for the failure of the staff to pay some attention to what they’re serving people.
