19/10/2025: On Monday night I arrived here a few minutes past 11. The door was locked as I’d just missed the closing time. The manager Anton then saw me outside and explained that it was to late. He then saw how disappointed I was and decided to let me in. At this stage the grills were off and it was only what was left but he still did everything in his power to make sure I got a good meal. I’ve never met a nicer manager at any fast food place in my life. What an absolute gentleman. Ive been coming to this Burger King for about 4 years now as I’m local and never saw it as anything more than your average spot. But since Monday my whole view has changed of this place !! Thanks Anton !!! ( maybe the managers name is actually Adrian.. I’m a bit dyslexic so can’t fully remember either way absolutely legend !!!!! )

12/12/2025: Good quality fish and chips, as well as some pizza options, such as vegetarian and pepperoni. The place is quite expensive, €20 for fish and chips, which is understandable considering the cost of living there, but not for the portion size. The staff's service could be much better, and at times they were overly attentive when entering the PIN on the card reader (suspiciously, the contactless wasn't working). They're the kind of fixed kiosks you can't touch to protect your PIN. We didn't like what happened. Nor did we appreciate waiting over 30 minutes to be served. It's located away from the main pedestrian area, so the atmosphere in this area is less touristy, and you can find "all sorts" of places. Not recommended unless you go during the day, pay in cash, and order takeaway.

09/12/2025: I’ve bought their “bolo de pote” twice and it’s absolutely amazing! Last week, I also ordered a birthday cake, and it was beyond delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

08/11/2025: it’s really amazing but this time I ordered today Coxinha but it wasn’t as good as usual, but it was still edible at least, it just not as tasty as previous times. Maybe their quality is declining or it’s just inconsistant.

11/08/2025: During my stay at the College Green Hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Morelands Grill. The experience was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, mushrooms, pastries, cereals, and yogurts. The seating area was comfortable and inviting, and the food was excellent. They also offer a customizable menu, allowing guests to order specific dishes to their preference. The staff was exceptional, providing great service and making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended breakfast spot!

15/10/2024: Really nice brunch here, food came quickly and was super filling. I was surprised that they only had filter coffee but it was also quite tasty so no issues. Prices do let them down as I was really shocked to be charged €4 for each small cup of black coffee, that is more than you would pay for a cappuccino or latte in some places. I would still come back to try something else as the food was really good! But the price of the coffee left a sour taste in my mouth, €4 for a tiny cup of black coffee was a surprise and not nice to feel you have been ripped off.

18/12/2025: Stopped by there after my dentist appointment up in town, supermacs is always my favourite fast food place and you're supporting an irish-owned company Great choice of food (burgers, chicken, pizza, rolls, dessert) Don't expect Gordon Ramsey type stuff but it's great value for money

Honestly a huge disappointment, pale fried chicken (almost like boiled) with barely any batter coated on it, the flavour was a 1/10, texture -5/10 and I’m not even exaggerating, most chippers do it better, honestly so does KFC

21/11/2025: Even by America's low standards this place was bad. Im not even talking about the service, the servers were great. The food was just meh... like maybe a step above fast food cooked by a teenager who hates his job.

17/11/2025: The inside is a bit crowded but has a nice aesthetic. The waitresses were super nice, pleasant and attentive. We got there when their kitchen was overwhelmed so food did take longer than expected to come out but we were having a good time chatting and having drinks we did not mind. Our waitress did apologize for the inconvenience. They have a great beer selection and the food was hot and fresh. Fair price for the food.

10/12/2025: I've been to this McDonald's location for breakfast a few times in the last two weeks and every time I have been disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered my usual double sausage & egg muffin and it was consistently swimming in grease and tasted awful. I decided to try to breakfast wrap today, which had a rock hard wrap and was missing the bacon. 2/3 times the bins were completely full. The server forgot at least one item every time I picked my order up. Just generally a bad experience. I won't be back.

22/11/2025: WARNING: You need to always check your order for takeaway before leaving the place. On two occasions now, I got home and discovered missing or wrong items because the staff are too incompetent to get a fast food order correct.
