The best restaurantsof american in Dublin

23/04/2026: Waiting 30 min for a sandwich just because the guy of the front entrance makes another order of “friends” first. And when we ask for an explanation because I have my ticket he didn’t know how to explain it. We ask for a refund and he that he can’t do it and that’s is ilegal in Ireland. It would be a good idea to provide employees with proper training and encourage them to learn the language of the country in which they are living at the moment.

13/04/2026: I can talk about the vegan food which I found very nice. I was finally able to try a vegan coxinha and a brigadeiro! brigadeiro tested amazingly similar to the originals (tried them before) also tried their vegan feijoãda and loved it :)

10/05/2026: The food was very good and the staff were friendly. The garlic butter fries were delicious and crispy. I really enjoyed it.

06/05/2026: Probably the most filthy establishment I've ever been in. Disgusting. Staff always look unkempt and greasy looking.. The whole place is covered in a layer of grime boardered by a triming of caked on filth. Gross. Disgusting. Putrid. Gordan Ramsy would have a full on rage induced panic attack of a nervous breakdown it's so filthy. Wow is it a pig sty.

La única deducción se debió al hecho de que estábamos sentados cerca de la puerta y teníamos una brisa fría cada vez que abría. Debido a la comida fabulosa que era bastante a menudo como costumbre era rápido

23/03/2026: A big mug of coffee. And a seat that's not precariously minimalist but confidently, comfortably sittable in. From Pearse Station to College Green, tho coffee shops be two a penny, you'll find these two of life's comforts nowhere but Starbucks. All other contenders on the block are small, with a sprinkling of tiny stools. The few with actual chairs are full and the chairs don't look very comfortable anyway. And it helps that in Starbucks both the service and the tunes are smooth 👌

13/04/2026: Like all other Burger Kings, but smaller. There was only one person to serve and small kitchen with low personnel. I wouldn't be here if it is packed but luckily we were there when it wasn't that busy.

09/05/2026: Had dinner on the May Bank Holiday Monday with my family . Migle from start to finish was so polite, friendly and professional serving us a really nice person. We didn't wait long for our food. Which was soooooo tasty and piping hot. With service second to none and really tasty 😋 food we will definitely be going back to eat again. One and only downfall was the chicken 🐔 wings where overcooked and dry under the sauce. Sloppy Joe's Mac n Cheese was amazing I got a 2nd helping. Philly Cheese 🧀 Steak Sandwich 🥪. Nicest and tastiest I've ever had. All round 10/10 . Super food , Super staff.

10/04/2026: Great place for a cheeky chicken burger. Sometimes full of culchies when there is a big game on that day. Also I hear they don't support the fuel protests.

21/03/2026: It's absolutely disgusting, the dough is rubbery, the pizza toppings leave a horrible taste in your mouth. When you open the tire, you find a jar of garlic mayonnaise to put on the pizza.

16/03/2026: Got food from here Sunday 15th march at about 11.10 ordered a family box which I thought had 7 pieces of chicken,3 fries and 3 drinks,the 7 pieces of chicken turned out to be 3 pieces of chicken cut in half,the meat inside was very red like bruised the skin was very greasy not tasty at all,shocked because we had eaten here before and it was always delicious but this time a huge disappointment,the quality of the food was gone downhill,only for we had brought the food home then opened it we would have brought it back,also the gravy was atrocious like a solid thick paste, unfortunately won't eat here again with this experience this time..

25/02/2026: I went into the place asked for a gravy chips and the gravy was horrible and I asked could they change it for me and the girl behind the counter got smart and said that it wasn't their mistake and that she won't change it so I just got up and threw it in the bin where it should of been in the first place

23/04/2026: I ordered and ate my meal downstairs, food and service was fine until I finished the meal. I decided to go upstairs to use the bathroom and as I reached the stairs was stopped by an aggressive non Irish security guard who said I has not ate here, toilets were for paying customers only. I pointed out where I was sitting, he said he didn't see me there, maybe if he spent less time on his phone sitting using up a table for customers he'd have seen me. He asked for a receipt, I did not have one as I paid by card, luckily I had a notification on my phone showing I paid by Revolut, when I showed the drop down notification which had the name supermac's, the amount I paid and the time, he said to unlock the phone and show that it was paid today, did he think I'd have kept a notification waiting from another time to get to use the toilets there? When I unlocked the phone and opened the app showing it had been paid 13 minutes previously he finally relented without so much as an apology. A bit of customer service training for that particular guard would be of service and maybe if he actually paid attention to his surroundings rather than on his phone he wouldn't have to needlessly stop as many people.

17/04/2026: I’m a support worker and recently visited McDonald’s Artane with the people I support. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and proactive. They were very attentive to the people I support, and I observed the same level of care and attention given to other customers as well.

26/02/2026: Pictures speak louder than words. That sorry looking object was a QTR pounder with cheese. No onions again, Maybe that is a cost saving measure. Ate some of it and threw it away. Very very bad. That's my last McDonald's.

28/04/2026: Decided to give this place a second chance after visiting the first time a year ago with a terrible experience. Arrived at 3pm with only three tables there (including us). The manager was blatantly on her phone sending a minute long voice note when the waitress served three tables by herself. Been to the branch in Blanchardstown a few months back and my experience was wonderful. I don’t know why this branch specifically is so awful. U guys need to look into ur staff for sure

25/04/2026: The worst service I have ever seen in my life we were treated appallingly by the staff the we ordered our food at 6:05pm and when we asked at 6:55pm where it was we where treated like we murdered someone and when we called out the behaviour we told to leave by the rudest person I have ever met in my life I will never go to any captain Americas again and I strongly advise everyone to do the same
