15/05/2026: Small and cozy space, very industrial style, with the option to eat at the counter. The meat is the star and is very well prepared, as are the side dishes. For me, the only downside is being so far from the city center.

02/05/2026: One of the best steak I’ve had in Dublin. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it’s yum and tender.

07/05/2026: Small intimate pub style steakhouse. Great food and wine. We enjoyed it very much. Split the salad, had a filet and the lamb. All were excellent!

05/05/2026: Amazing atmosphere and amazing staff. Pub was full and they still made an effort to ensure we got a seat. Friendly team who even played happy birthday for my friends dog. One of the few last proper Irish pubs in the heart of the city

04/04/2026: Had the friday brisket sandwich. Unfortunately the three of us agreed the brisket was very hard to chew. Lovely staff and chilled atmosphere but I’ll be thinking twice before trying again. I’ve had food here before and it was great but if all three people had the same result, I think some changes could be made to tenderise the meat. Mushroom soup was very tasty.

04/05/2026: Gorgeous decor but unfortunately we would not recommend it for food. Each dish seemed like a collection of well-made parts that didn’t belong on the same plate. We had the crab cakes, oysters and gnochetti crab and amalfi lemon. Extremely overpriced for dishes that do not come together. Wine was good and oysters were the best part although we have had better.

Can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a romantic date night or if you're a bunch of colleagues that want to dine really well and enjoy the peaceful and quiet ambience that this place offers. 10/10

I loved sitting at the counter with the **grill right in front of me**, watching the chefs at work while enjoying an **excellent Italian wine**. The meat was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the whole experience felt authentic and warm. A truly **outstanding dining experience** — can’t wait to go back! 🥩🍷🔥

25/09/2025: Mind-Blowing Quality—Worth Every Penny! We are from Switzerland, a place where steak is already incredible, but this restaurant truly blew us away! The meat was absolutely fantastic—a cut above. We ordered the Delmonico and the fillet steak, and both were utterly perfect. The service was impeccable, and the wine selection was equally impressive. This is a genuinely high-end establishment with high end prices prices that are completely justified by the outstanding quality delivered. Nice flair and good service and vibes. Deserves the full five stars!

22/04/2026: It was a famous hamburger restaurant in Ireland, and it was delicious. Although it's a hamburger and not Irish cuisine, it was the best thing I ate during my trip.

19/04/2026: The burger is very good, but there's only one option: a single, double, or cheeseburger. It's €10, but very good. Order the single, not the double, which is too big. It's a place to pop in, eat quickly, and move on. It doesn't have the charm or appeal of other pubs. If you're passing by and hungry, it's a good place. The cider isn't very good.

09/05/2026: The Lotts is exactly the kind of Dublin pub many visitors hope to find but rarely do. From the outside alone, with its colourful red and green facade on the corner of Lower Liffey Street, it already feels like part of the city’s character. Inside, it combines traditional Irish pub atmosphere with a surprisingly spacious and modern restaurant area in the back. What makes the place special is the balance. It still feels authentic and local, but at the same time welcoming and easygoing for visitors. The pub is also known for its historic “snug”, one of the smallest traditional bar spaces in Dublin, which adds even more charm and history to the place. Food was genuinely very good for such a central pub location. Great steaks, proper Irish comfort food and a lively atmosphere without becoming overwhelming. Whether you stop for a Guinness, dinner or just to experience a classic Dublin pub, The Lotts absolutely delivers. One of the places that really stays in your memory after visiting the city.

21/03/2026: When I was in Ireland with a group of 12, the tour guide recommended this place, and after making our way there, we entered and asked for a table for 12. It took 3 minutes to get a table ready for a really big group. We then ordered our drinks, and they came pretty fast. We then ordered, and about 15-20 minutes, we got all 12 burgers and fries. The server was really kind and nice to us, despite a big group. The burger was ABSOLUTELY amazing! It was pretty basic burger, with all the normal toppings, but the meat on the burger was really juicy and full of flavor. It wasn't greasy like other burgers I've had, and this so far has been the best burger I've ever had. The fries were good but nothing exceptional. It really was sad that such a nice place was so empty. When we walked in, I only saw about 3 tables being used. The atmosphere of the place was cozy, and I would really recommend a place like this if you want to go with a group of 3-4 people, but it's also a that seems that would be a good place for a date. I would absolutely recommend if you were in the area, and definitely worth the walk.

04/11/2025: One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I had the Bone Marrow Appetizer and the 10oz Ribeye medium and pepper sauce. Great Guinness too. Will be returning when I come to Dublin next.
