20/08/2026: Excellent food. Service was fantastic. We went in about 45 mins before closing and everything was perfect.
Our server was so nice, she was attentive and knowledgeable when recommending a local beer. The burger was 10/10 no notes. A definite try in Galway

I’m genuinely shocked by how this was handled. I ordered food through Just Eat, and when the courier arrived, I saw him urinating in my garden while he was holding my food.
Because of that, I did not accept the food at all. I contacted the restaurant immediately and explained what had happened, but their response was essentially, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.”
So I was left without the food and still charged the full bill.
A customer should not be expected to pay for an order they could not reasonably accept after witnessing such a serious hygiene issue during the delivery. Extremely disappointing response from the restaurant.

24/08/2026: Painfully underwhelming. Despite 3 staff members present, we had to get their attention every time, despite only 1 other table of 2 present in the restaurant.
The lobster was tasteless and far from fresh. My side of ‘buttery greens’ was a bowl of green peas drowning in a pool of butter and though I ordered a baked potato, what I got was a garlic baguette - which was actually the tastiest part of the meal.
Cannot see myself returning but will try the Dublin location and hope for a better experience.

08/08/2026: Had to stay outside due to it not being wheelchair accessible, for 2 burger, 1 plain chip and 2 small drinks it was over €30. The food was forgotten about after a 50 minute wait even though they weren’t that busy. The burgers were horrible, the bun tasted old and as if it was gluten free and hard. There was no apology when it was mentioned all the issues just “oh okay”.
We went here because of the glowing reviews but it was genuinely the worst burger and service I’ve ever had in my life. The burger fell apart and the ratio of everything was horrible as it was mostly just bun. I’ll never return and it’s a place I’d tell others to avoid. I couldn’t eat my burger as it was making me feel sick immediately so it was a complete waste of money.
I just ordered a cheese burger and can’t fathom how that was messed up so badly. The chips were like oven chips and so bland. I’d of rather of gave €30+ euro to a stranger then this place again. Disgusting.
03/08/2026: Worst burger place I've ever been to. It took an hour, the waitress was rude and refused to give us water, the fries were frozen, the burgers were tiny and not good, the price was ridiculously high, and there was no atmosphere.

08/08/2026: Ordered online, food missing a few times, i thought nothing if it. I couldn't contact the restaurant, no contact details available besides an email. My order today was not delivered, noone called me and it was marked complete. Dead silence from the dysfunctional restaurant that i will definitely not be ordering from again.
