05/10/2024: I recently visited Scotty’s Burgers and Wings shop, and it was such a memorable experience! I was completely drenched from the rain and juggling my shopping bags, but the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They offered a towel, took care of my bags, and made sure I was comfortable. The burgers were delicious, and the service was exceptional. It’s rare to find such a kind and attentive team. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the outstanding hospitality! Please thanks to Ruby and Jenny!!! 💫♥️

17/11/2024: Went for a meal with friends, and the food did not disappoint. Really tasty burger along with loaded fries. Reasonable prices too. The service was a little slow from the waitress to take our order but other than that a very good experience.
11/11/2024: Absolutely disgusting took 1 hour 30 mins for the food to come chips were freezing and soggy tasted of pure grease the burger tasted like it was frozen id make better myself

28/10/2024: I won't beat around the bush in this review.
The burgers are nothing special. I had the cheeseburger - it was well topped, but had no unique selling point. Toppings with ketchup and mustard were okay, the meat was well-done and tasty, the fries were thin and crispy. Overall I give it 4/5 points.
For the price I can't complain at all.
The service was friendly and accommodating. Flavored water was free and there was also a student discount. The location is great and the atmosphere is cozy.
In the end, a clear 5/5 for the service and the overall package.
l am extremely satisfied!
25/10/2024: It was grand. But nothing special. Considering the price, I wouldn't recommend over other burger spots near by. >€50 for a meal for 2.

21/09/2024: Hygiene training is badly needed. Same cloth for everything. Wiping ketchup and pizza sauce into the table does not equal cleaning. Delivering food to tables after cleaning surfaces with the same gloves on is a filthy practice. I ask myself what way your food is prepared.

13/10/2024: Hi, my self and my boyfriend were in beef and lobseter in galway on Saturday 12th. It was our first time in the city and in beef and lobster. I can't say enough good things about this place. Food 20/10, service 100/10, the waitress' name that was serving us was Żaneta, and there is not enough good things I can say about her service and experience we've had. Extremely friendly, relaxed, treated us with kindness and more like we were people she already knew. She made us feel welcomed and the positivity vibrated from her. We left the restaurant full and really happy !!!
Also just to add, I have ordered the beef filet, initially in ordered medium - well but I got medium-rare, and honestly maybe someone would complain about this mistake, but as I told Żaneta, the chef made a good mistake and I had nothing to complain about. The steak was AMAZING, very soft and so delicious, I only realised it was different at the end of my meal. I passed on the positive feedback to the chef and that he had nothing to worry about because it was a very delicious error! Honestly, I really recommend this place.
18/09/2024: Food is good but way too expensive, staff is nice, place is too loud, too much noise from the kitchen.
