19/10/2024: Great place to visit the staff are very helpful and it is disabled friendly except the castle but the rest you can get to relatively easy. Don’t forget to ask for the disabled and carers discount unless you asked you won’t get.

Noel's at The Manor

22/09/2024: Wonderful! The food. The staff. Everything. Better than the Michelin star restaurant we dined in last night in Dingle. A must.
21/09/2024: It's just a great place for something special, beautiful seafood and Noel is the perfect host. A little bit pricey but so worth it for a treat.

JP Clarke's

23/09/2024: Great spot. Proper pub. Live music.
16/09/2024: Came for dinner with my mother. I ordered the "squid ring" starter. Which was €12.75. When it arrived, there were three tiny squid rings, like skinny little shoelaces, and 2 tiny shrimp, in a bed of tomato sauce.
My mother is a coeliac, and ordered the mussels starter with gluten free bread.
The mussels were a big portion and tasty, but the gluten free bread was rock hard and not edible.
I made a complaint about both to our server as she cleared our plates, and she sent over the manager.
I was told that no-one ever complains about the bread, they make it on site, and when I said the tiny portion of three tiny calamari, was a bit ridiculous for the price, I was told, well, there were "prawns" too.
Manager basically shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
I wish I had of taken a picture of the 3"calamari" and 2 "shrimp" as it was actually embarrassingly tiny.
Wouldn't recommend , both for portion size, and customer service

Mr. O'Regan's
Bunratty
23/06/2024: Grabbed a quick coffee prior to going into the castle. Not much for gluten free food options.
30/05/2024: We ate here while visiting the castle. It's located between the gift shop and admissions into the castle.
The food was reasonable (menu includes options such as sandwiches, quiche, soup etc) but as others have commented, no prices were visible. So we don't actually know what each individual item cost. We paid €40 for lunch for three.
There are around 20 tables here.
