The best restaurants in Bunratty

11/12/2025: Noel and his team are amazing. One night stay on business with accomodation and evening meal. Room really nice and very clean. Great Guinness before we ate. Then the food, simply stunning. Pork Belly with black pudding for starter, then beef cheek for main, souffle to finish. All to a very high standard with exceptional service. My second stay here when in Shannon, loved it.

20/12/2025: Popped in for a meal, got seated straight away . Food was absolutely fantastic and served within reasonable time . All the servers were lovely to deal with . Will definitely be back

24/12/2025: I took my wife here for an afternoon stroll on Friday 20/12/24. It was pretty busy with Santa visits for little ones and their parents but the whole vibe was very pleasant. We had a very reasonably priced bite to eat, the staff were friendly and chatty, the food was just fine. Entry to the park was a little shy of €40 for two adults. At first I thought this was a little pricey but by the end it was well worth it. We didn’t go to the castle. Seen it before. Very nice. We walked around the folk park. The lights and decorations were lovely. It was still light out so I’d say they were wonderful in the dark. We walked around the typical parts then went off around the rest. It was lovely. The deer were fantastic with huge antlers, we met a couple of very friendly donkeys and learned from a very helpful guide that both the HB house and the church were transported there from Dublin and Tipperary respectively and rebuilt. The house is beautiful in my opinion but I like that older style. Overall a lovely, relaxing and peaceful stroll in a very well maintained park. I would highly recommend a visit.

29/11/2025: The turkey Sunday roast is a bit disappointing as it’s quite bland. However, the chicken vol-au-vent is really good, and the cocktails are amazing! You definitely need to book in advance, otherwise, expect to wait around 30 minutes on a Sunday.

29/05/2025: Just finished dinner in Bunratty Manor. The restraunt is lovely and the staff very friendly and personable. Noel waited on us today, he was attentive and funny but gave us our space. We'll be back for sure based on his service. The food was delicious, although we were stuffed we cleared every plate.

06/09/2025: Lovely bar one drink and we had to leave for our restaurant booking

02/09/2025: Had a pint in here and there was a group of men and women playing instruments sitting in the corner. Excellent atmosphere.
