16/03/2026: Asked for no pineapple, it was buried in pineapple. Asked for extra garlic on chips and thank god they didn't put extra because it was clumpy. Asked for a doner box got a tray no chips. 50 euro I spent for 3 of us and there was a fiver tax. Used to love this place but will never go again. I cant add a photo for some reason but i made sure i took some..
Edit.. thank you for your response, but while I appreciate it, a discount is not good enough when I said I will not order again. There was a delivery charge, a service fee and a vat charge. I order in alot and have never had to pay 5 euro vat. Been honest, this place used to be amazing for quality and value, you have really let yourself down. Go back to the way you used to be, because it was the best place in ennis

15/03/2026: I went back with my sandwich cause the bread was too hard. They changed it for me no questions asked and when I get home to open it they gave me 3 cookies.

15/12/2025: staff are discriminating , don’t let travelling people in, absolutely disgraceful in this day in age. i’m not part of the travelling community myself but i have heard multiple similar stories about discrimination. it is absolutely disgusting the way the staff in here carry on. do not stay here it’s a place for the dogs
15/12/2025: Absolutely appalling experience. My pregnant wife, two children, and I were refused food service due to clear racial discrimination (we are Travellers). We were forced to eat outside like second-class citizens.
The doorman, Kazeem, was particularly racist and a key part of our humiliating refusal. We felt deeply embarrassed and degraded.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The discrimination is shocking and unacceptable.

27/09/2025: Good shop and deli but the toilets are always disgusting here. One of the doors in the men's toilet has had no lock for the last few months and there's never any toilet roll... yet the cleaning sheet on the door says its being checked every hour, I don't think so.

02/03/2025: The food is just terrible, you can’t eat and cook in the rooms, there are no refrigerators and microwaves, the chef does not allow you to take something from the kitchen to the room. This is only a kitchen, I am silent for the rest.

09/07/2024: Simple and good. Very friendly staff! Watched football on TV with great sound. We had two meals, the burger which was great and the steak sandwich which unfortunately was disappointing to me as the steak was not so good... as it is listed as one of the specialtys of the house that should've done better! But had an overall great evening.
06/06/2024: Cozy pub / very friendly / fast service / delicious food. Highly recommended!!
