01/08/2025: MY FAVOURITE CAFE IN TOWN !! the food is always lovely and the staff are always helpful and kind, especially the lady with the brown-blonde hair and eyebrow piercing; she always makes my day when she's there :) the atmosphere is calming and comfortable, which makes it my go-to option for a nice place to read or to meet with my friends

22/07/2025: Got takeaway (as had dogs) on a visit to Ennis, otherwise would have sat in Food was delicious and tasted high quality, not too expensive but didn't taste cheap either - had 2 starters and 2 mains Loved the sauce that came with the spring rolls!

29/08/2025: Got a takeaway from Tulsi this evening, second time recently. We had samosas and a balti. Delicious, so flavoursome. Got free popadoms with a lovely homemade mint sauce and onion. Service was great. Had to change the time of our order when plans changed and this was no problem.

22/08/2025: This restaurant is not INDIAN, the food is by far the worst I’ve had. It should not be categorized as Indian by any means, so I’m compelled to put this review here for my fellow Indians who are looking for Indian options around here. If you really want that experience head to Silver Oak (their food is “Indian” and yum). I actually feel bad for others who enjoy food there thinking that’s the epitome of our cuisine. (Wish I could tell them it’s not). The dal - Channa dal (no tadka just boiled lentil) Gobhi - boiled and swimming in turmeric water with Roti - I don’t think these ppl really know what roti it!! So I leave it there.

22/08/2025: Finally found some good Indian food around this area. Excellent staff and great food. The gentleman at the reception and the kind lady serving us were great hosts. (Sorry could catch their names). They keep little lanterns to keep you food hot while you eat and that’s a great touch. Loved the food!!

20/08/2025: We’ve been coming here regularly for the past few months and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and the food is divine. There’s a relaxed, calm atmosphere in the restaurant and we always enjoy our visits

29/08/2025: I saw someone walk out with a spicy box and I told my wife I need to get one because I was craving fries. My wife looked at me and thought I was crazy because she thought I would be disappointed especially when most of their clients on a Friday afternoon is a bunch of teeny boppers. i went in to order one among a throng (at least 50) of screaming 12-16 year olds. It was maddening and chaotic. The inside was very well decorated especially a wall art with expertly arranged bowls. I appreciate the staff getting me food in under 10 minutes and handled all these loud young adults with expertise and professionalism. It was admirable. I appreciate the spicy box for what it is. A perfect execution of a fast food dish with fries, fried chicken, and some vegetable garnishes slathered in a soy/thai chili sauce (wife thinks it was light Sichuan). It was decent. Appreciate you brightening our day.

23/08/2025: time at Osaka Ramen & Bento! The sushi and sashimi on that wooden boat were absolutely stunning-fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ramen was out of this world, rich and comforting. Honestly, everything we tried was excellent, and the vegetarian options were a nice touch. The vibe was cozy, service was spot-on, and we left so happy. Highly recommend!

22/10/2024: Had a lovely few pints here last night - a group of about 8 of us who stayed for a good 4-5 rounds. Decided to come back today for a pre-dinner drink to celebrate my birthday and were shouted at by a “gentleman” drinking at the bar who pretty much told us we weren’t welcome and was incensed that we had the audacity to pull a chair across. He told us to go sit outside in the beer garden or in the snug. One of my party said, “Do you want us to leave?” He replied, “Yes, I do.” The man apologised to the barkeeper, who said, “You’re alright.” We drank up and left immediately, as we had been made to feel so unwelcome.

28/04/2025: This place was absolutely hopping when we arrived. Very popular with millennial and particularly hens and stag parties. It appears that they start at the farthest point and work their way in. Everyone well behaved

04/09/2025: Ordered Meat Sung and Chicken fried rice and waited about 10 minutes for food to be prepared; well worth the wait, both dishes freshly prepared and cooked, generous portions (large chunks of chicken) and delicious to eat; friendly staff - I will certainly be back again and recommend to family and friends, thank you

09/07/2025: Staff is extremely friendly, food is ok though not brilliant, however they upped their coffee game lately and it’s much better than it used to be. P.s. please do something about your pancakes, why are they so DRY?!
