The best restaurants in Ennis

24/06/2026: Had the most fun 1st day of my 4th trip to ireland, there. Wandered in hearing the music, annoyed everyone in there, I am sure (without meaning, too, though, I was just so happy and giddy to be back, having landed in after working nearly everyday and lots of double shifts to afford the holiday and 20 hours of flying and airport layovers.) I had pints, began flat-footing about to the music, got someone to round the house with me a bit in a tipsy polka. And then, heard the funniest thing in my life as someone shouted out, refering to me of course, "Who ordered the Temu dancer?" I about spit out my drink. It did not dampen my spirits and it will now, forever be the prequel to anytime I cannot hold still to diddley-dideldy. I will ask, "Did someone order a dancer from Temu?" and off I will go. Thank you to the sweet bartendress, and to the very kind and fun regulars, I hope my lack of talent and unbridled enthusiasm was more amusing than annoying. The craic was ninety in the diamond bar. I hope I get to return some day. 5 stars, highly recommend!💕🥳🥰🍻

06/04/2026: An absolute feast! The kebab in a soft, freshly toasted bun is juicy, packed with flavorful meat and crunchy veggies, and the sauce ties everything together perfectly. And then there are three types of fries — each one a different delight: the classic fries are golden and crispy, the taco chips come with a bold, slightly spicy topping and meat, and the garlic chips are smothered in a creamy garlic sauce that’s addictive from the first bite. The spice bag looks perfectly seasoned and crunchy. The portions are huge, everything is fresh and served with care. Honestly hard to stop eating — highly recommended for anyone craving a hearty, delicious meal!

25/06/2026: We were there on Monday, June 16th. Great pub, fantastic drinks, and very friendly service! We struck up a conversation quite quickly. Dan and a nice Scotsman who was traveling to Boston for the World Cup the next day. Unfortunately, there was no music that evening. So we sang a song together—and it felt like the whole pub joined in. It was a great experience and a very pleasant evening! 5 stars!

09/08/2026: The staff is just fantastic. Last time I was in at launch time not dinner. There tacos arnt on the lunch menu. I asked our server, not a problem I'll get those for you. Such a good place to eat and go to.

06/09/2026: Got the falafel wrap meal, very good value for money. Fresh salad and flavourful sauces made for a lovely combination.

15/05/2026: Delicious, but a bit pricey, and they have a large selection of food. The baked goods are homemade. I can highly recommend them.

30/07/2026: A quiet night in Co. Clare. Evenings when the best thing is a quiet bar, a pint, a freshly made pizza, a session two rooms away, and slow conversation with the bar staff. Larissa told us about the tidal pools at Kilkee. The next day we got on our bikes and cycled there. This is how to travel.

20/07/2026: Pizzas were great. The location was awesome. Has many sections including outdoor, indoor, and private booths.

05/02/2026: €40 for 2 pizzas and a bag of chips. Outrageously priced for what is bang average pizza. Dough is grand but far far far too much cheese.

12/07/2026: Great spot for a bite to eat! I had Wok fried beef with a BBQ sauce, plenty of fresh greens with and rice. My Partner got the Duck with Plum sauce and was very very happy. Would recommend!

03/06/2026: Delicious, fresh, tasty and the food is served piping hot...bog potions in the mains, huge menu selections and can adjust to your likes and dislikes...very friendly staff each time I've visited... Comfy seating and bonus star for the free icream you can have after your meal.
