24/08/2025: Worth the wait on a busy Saturday lunchtime! Got the Chilli eggs this time, they were class and a generous amount of food.

08/08/2025: Best dirty chai in Ennis, smooth, spicy, and delicious! Breakfast bowls were fresh and full of flavour. Lovely spot with great vibes. Highly recommend!

26/07/2025: Was in there today, with my 10 month old, and I asked for 1 single egg, scrambled on a plate for him to eat. I was charged €8 euros for this. An absolute joke. Surely this can't be right? Definitely won't be returning if this was correct and this is how much they are charging.

31/12/2024: Family owned and run public house. Excellent service and one of the best pints of Guinness in town. Traditional Irish music several nights a week.

05/07/2025: They used to have a decent beer selection, but now you can't even get locally brewed cans. They say "it wasnt selling enough". There's an empty shelf in the fridge! It costs nothin to keep a few special cans in. I'll be takin my business to Knox's. They support local brewers.

25/06/2025: Very busy lively pub with an excellent atmosphere and an amazing beer garden.we didn't eat here but enjoyed the drink and relaxing outside. Definitely worth popping in for a pint and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be back

21/07/2025: Stopped in for dinner. We did have a reservation and were immediately seated. Place is clean, rustic and had a good feel 1st piece of bad news: no clams. Given this was a Sunday they probably just had a busy week, disappointing but understandable. 1 of the kegerators was also down leaving 2 beers on tap. We started with the shrimp cocktail and I had a cup of chowder. Which was absolutely excellent. My wife ordered the halibut fish and chips, also excellent and quite possibly the best fish and chips I've had. I ordered the smoked salmon and it was pretty disappointing. Very little smoke flavor and the fish felt a bit dry. Overall the experience was a mixed bag. I would return for the fish and chips alone and hope to get my hands on some clams.

25/08/2025: Fantastic food, lovely decor, what a location!

21/08/2025: We went to dinner for a farewell party and we almost had to walk around the block three times to get our food down. Everything was delicious. The duck was a little dry, but the lemon sauce was spectacular.

23/08/2025: This Dunns is big it has a fair comprehensive section of homeware and a further well stocked supermarket. I love the design of tableware they sell and if I could have bought it back knowing it would survive the journey in the suitcase inbound have bought a set of pinky-purple and light blue gradiented cups and plates which I fell in love with.
