26/09/2025: Fantastic true Italian cuisine! The quality is good enough for a formal restaurant setting with cloth tablecloths. The pasta was true el dente, the sauces homemade, the flavors exquisite. Purchased a pizza for take away also. I fully recommend this restaurant.
27/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic, authentic Italian food. Plenty of vegetarian options e.g. pizza, pasta, suppli (rice balls with cheese). The pizza dough is perfect and fresh and plenty of mozzarella on top. I had spaghetti puttanesca without anchovies and it was delicious! Honestly, do not waste your money going to chain "Italian" restaurants, go here if you're in the area.
They provide full waiter service.
There's plenty of free parking outside.

29/10/2025: Beautiful bar with great food and atmosphere - the best cocktails and pints in Ennis! The charcuterie board with a selection of Irish meats and cheeses was just incredible. Thank you to Dermot and Sam for the great service.
16/09/2025: Linda Considine here from Toronto. On our last trip to Ireland from Canada, the pub was closed. We were so disappointed as I had been following my ancestry to this iconic PUB for years. We will be back an cannot wait to visit. All the best To Dermot Fetton and team!

15/09/2025: Had the food emporium do home catering for us for a family party and couldn't fault them, great to deal with and very friendly, food was absolutely amazing and got nothing but compliments from everyone at the party. Delivered on time with complimentary dessert thrown in. Highly recommend for quality, value and excellent service. 5star

24/02/2026: Very disappointed. Our food was not good, my wine pour was maybe a 6oz pour for $14, and our waitress was a little rough around the edges. We will not go back to this restaurant. Not sure how it has such high reviews unless it has recently gone down hill.

25/06/2025: Very busy lively pub with an excellent atmosphere and an amazing beer garden.we didn't eat here but enjoyed the drink and relaxing outside. Definitely worth popping in for a pint and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be back
