06/06/2025: We ate in a cute downstairs booth. We choose the restaurant for the menu.
We got lamb shank and sea bass with sticky toffee and ice cream. All excellent and generous servings.
I tried the red ale on tap and very good.
The waitress was friendly and helpful.
The place has plaid upholstery and the feel of a comfortable locals restaurant.
If we lived here we would be coming back regularly.
We recommend you try.

26/05/2025: In a small surfer town on Wild Atlantic Road you find a small local bakery where pastel de natas better than in Lisbon, Croissants better than in Paris, cinnamon rolls better than in Sweden…. What else to say, save this place on your map and make sure to make a pit stop. They also had specialty coffee, amazing looking breads, and sandwiches.
20/05/2025: Best Portuguese cakes you'll ever have in whole Europe incl Portugal.. and Hugo is the best pizza chef outside the work too

09/06/2025: Went here as had heard a lot about it and I was not disappointed. Food was excellent, lovely traditional bar at the front but the staff were exceptional, they just interacted with every one and every age group, excellent and highly recommend
08/06/2025: A very nice and authentic restaurant. We were passing through, coming from the Cliffs of Moher and heading to Limerick. We immediately liked the town of Lahinch. There were a few surfers in the sea. The Corner has a very good menu and a wide selection. The service was also very good.

13/06/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner after our visit to the Cliffs of Moher – it seems to be very busy. Many guests had reservations. We were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar without a reservation. The bartender was very friendly and served us well, but we found the hostess unfriendly. We both opted for the shrimp and chicken curry – it tasted exceptionally good. We would go back anytime.

24/05/2025: Visited last week while passing though and was delighted with the place . A proper original Irish bar that hasn’t been messed around with. Beautiful front bar and lovely pints of porter. Had a good chat with Peter, really enjoyed spending a couple hours there. Will certainly call again when I’m back down that way
22/05/2025: Bar hopped around Lahinch and this was our favorite. I’m a foreigner so I can’t say how the Guiness pour is, but it was photographic. Bar tenders were super friendly and welcoming.

20/04/2025: Must visit ! If you are reading this to decide if this place is worth the visit then look no further. If you love good pastries , the smell of freshly baked pastries, coffee or sandwiches and looking for a soul happy meal this place should be on your list.
Got the Pastel de nata and cinnamon roll. The croissants, coffee and sandwiches looked absolutely amazing. You can see the chef prepare fresh pastry dough. Staff are super friendly and patient even when there’s a long wait. It is hard to make up your mind when everything looks that amazing.
Note this a takeaway spot when we visited. But do not miss this place!!! ❤️

Vaughan Lodge

17/06/2025: Our group of 21 stayed here for our last 3 nights as part of our southwest golf and sightseeing tour. Although the lodge is small compared to the large hotel we stayed at in Killarney, it was a wonderful stay! The rooms were nicely updated and modern, and the restaurant was phenomenal with Michael’s great menu choices. We also enjoyed spending time in the bar/parlor area watching the US Open.The location is unbeatable as you are just a very short walk to the Lahinch golf course and the pubs and shops. If you’re going to be traveling and staying in Lahinch, I highly recommend the Vaughan Lodge!!

The food at The Lodge restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended. The food is fresh, delicious, and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome right away.

29/04/2025: Myself and my wife visited this Bar on numerous occasions during our stay in Lahinch. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the relaxing comfort in the bar, Tommy the owner was a Gentleman very welcoming and friendly, His staff were very friendly and helpful, his establishment in Lahinch was the cleanest bar and best run that we had seen in all our travels around Ireland 🇮🇪 we would highly recommend this Bar for a great night out
12/04/2025: Slatterys pub is a must visit if you find yourself in Lehinch! There was live Irish trad playing and the staff and owner are lovely and so welcoming. Such an authentic Irish experience!! Will definitely be coming back again when we find ourselves in the area. See you soon Mr Slattery!

25/10/2024: This has got to be the best pub in all of Ireland. Came here when they did a session and those were the best tunes I ever heard. Amazing staff. Wonderful drink. Talked to Pat who owns the pub and he is such a kind gentlemen.
01/06/2024: We stayed in Lahinch for a single night and our concierge at the Atlantic where we were staying highly recommended us to stop by flanagans for their live music and good pints… all of which perfectly hit the spot, we came to discover (in our own opinions) poured the best pint of Guinness in the country. Paired with fantastic service and some traditional music/ dancing you really can’t beat.
Definitely would recommend to anyone passing through Lahinch!

Atlantic Hotel

06/06/2025: The hotel is horrible. The double room n.19 (paid €210) was as big as a closet.
We asked to change it with a room with a double bed and not twin and they told us that there was no availability.
On Booking, however, seen immediately after, there were the last two double rooms available (at €135)
Disappointed
01/06/2025: Great little hotel across from the ocean/beach. Staff was very attentive to our needs, the room was extremely clean and we used the restaurant twice with very good food for lunch and breakfast in the morning. Parking was provided in the rear and made for easy access to the facility. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling in this part of Ireland.
