13/04/2026: I had a very pleasant experience at Istanbul Bites. The food was of high quality, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout our visit. I would particularly like to appreciate their kind gesture of offering a complimentary juice to my son, as well as providing a discount. Such thoughtful service reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would be happy to recommend this place to others.

07/06/2026: Beautiful pastries and breads to stock up on for home and lovely place to grab a toastie and a coffee to go. The quality and taste is spot on and the staff I've met are all lovely too.

26/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic chipper and easily one of my favourite places to eat. The food is always fresh, hot, generous and full of flavour, with everything cooked just the way it should be. The quality is consistently excellent, and you can tell there’s real care put into what they serve. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or treating yourself to a proper takeaway, this place never disappoints. I’ve been back time and time again and it remains a firm favourite. Excellent food, excellent service and great value. Five stars without hesitation — highly recommended!

21/08/2026: I rang in and collected my food got home to have it , I don’t live far I’m only a 5 min drive away and my food was half cold , either extremely over cooked or not cooked enough ,my rice was burnt and cold , the chicken was hard and dry as if it had been sitting there for hours and while ringing the woman I was speaking to gave me no time to order at all! Every time i ordered something she’d say “okay bye bye “ while I was not finished ordering she done this twice , I’ve always gotten nice food and this is a total waste of money and it’s not cheap either . When I called them about this my calls were left to ring out on both numbers.

29/08/2026: Very noisy and staff weren't very friendly .. not many seats to dine in and people standing g everywhere waiting for food. The ketchup station wasn't very clean either.. our first night didn't go to good after hoping for a superman's..
