The best restaurants in Dublin

08/03/2025: I ordered a custom birthday cake. It was last minute and they accomodated me. So grateful they did, as the cake Thunders made was amazing! It was not only fun and awesome to look at, it tasted delicious! Thank you so much Thunders, you really helped make this 18th Birthday special! Try the Red Velvet cake, it's delicious!

03/09/2024: Terrible cake, terrible customer service. Aoife should be ashamed of her lack of customer service. Worst think Mardi ever did was link in with this crowd.

25/10/2025: Been there for dub reggae night, it's a cosy little place,and service is fast and staff friendly!

20/07/2024: Steaming Cups is a small coffee shop nestled into the entrance of the train station, perfectly positioned for grabbing a coffee and a pastry on the way to work or university (DCU St Pat’s is only a 15 min walk!). The coffee is simply delicious. The barista serves up a cappuccino with a well-proportioned dusting of chocolate, complimenting the flavour of the coffee, which isn’t entirely drowned out by milk as some places do. The lady running the shop is incredibly nice, always greeting me with a smile. It’s an awful shame they haven’t the space for customers to sit down because the atmosphere in their little corner is lovely and welcoming.

24/06/2025: Bycott this company they wont allow cash payments for there crusty doughnuts they are not fresh sitting there for days with flies and other insects flying about the box i wouldn't give them to the homeless they would throw them back at me crusty old stale things

11/10/2025: Overpriced, chips were absolutely not “cooked twice” and chicken wings extremely fatty. I also ordered two portions of chips and they only delivered one.

23/05/2025: You dont see much of Dublin and after a while it gets boring. Not in Temple Bar at all. There are better ways to spend an evening, disappointed. Go bowling instead.

11/05/2025: I do not recommend booking this. I was on a stag do the weekend just gone and arranged the pedal bike tour for 9 people costing €270. The reviews and the website describes the tour as lively, you get a tour of Dublin, the leader gives good banter, stories and the pubs you stop off at are excellent. 4 pubs in total and the last one is great. Here’s the reality - you meet at the Lombard before you begin which is a great pub. Then you stop off at 2 pubs - both overpriced, terrible pubs before returning to the Lombard! The leader says hardly anything during the tour, you see nothing of Dublin and the bikes have definitely seen better days. It’s a complete rip off for €270 and I recommend not doing this!

02/12/2025: Popped in there last month. Had an absolute quality sandwich, staff were sound and got the food quick. Prob the best chicken sambo in Dublin
