03/02/2025: Best takeaway food we’ve ever had ! The Smash burgers are so tasty & good meat quality & salad is so fresh. Buffalo tenders with the blue cheese dip is a must. So tasty and good quality chips too. Must try, best place in Tralee by a country mile for a nice takeaway !

10/03/2025: Top part of a Big Mac missing!!!! We ordered a few items yesterday on drive through. Came back home to eat them and when I opened the box with Big Mac there was top bun missing.We live quite a distance from McDonald's Tralee so we didn't want to waste our time coming back as other food we ordered would be cold by the time so I ate that Big Mac but it is unacceptable. How the staff could pack a Big Mac without a top bun do the box and serve it to the customer is just unbelievable!

10/03/2025: I had a horrible experience in the drive thru. I went up to the speaker and asked for 3 separate orders the worker said no even tho I've always could order separately before. He was so rude and dull it's not that hard to put it in as one order and then just repeat again. This man should be fired or at least trained how to deal with customers because I'm turned off McDonald's in Tralee now and as a result has lost my business

25/10/2024: wow, we love the Fish n' Chips and the Fishburger was absolutely great!! Pakingspace right in front of the door. Perfect!! 👍😃

20/12/2024: Just after getting 3 bags of home made chips which were non edible redone and reheated looks like ye don't change cooking oil plus the burger was like rubber paid a nice sum of money for food that was once lovely to eat .But unfortunately den Joe's are slowly going down hill .I wouldn't go inside the door ever again unless they change their stripes . It's ridiculous food safety is gone out the window

05/03/2025: The state of the fish if you’d even call it fish more skin than anything and for €9.30!!!! Scandalous DONT LEAVE YOUR MONEY HERE FOR SKIN!

23/01/2025: When you go in you are met with pure politics. They do not serve any Coca Cola products as they have a factory in Palestine or something. I’m sure Coke is devastated they are not serving their product. I feel as though the drink selection is shocking . Only other option is Club orange. Very steep pricing also . Chips were lukewarm warm at best.

24/02/2025: Avoid like the plague , spent the bones of €50 in here for a family of 4 , the kids meals were €8 each and I kid you not one of the children’s dinner was served on a tea saucer it had the groove in it for the cup an all with a handful of freezing chips and the cheapest chicken nuggets imaginable , horrible grey processed chicken, chicken “fillet” burger wasn’t remotely fresh either more processed frozen chicken and the batter sausages were inedible they were so bad .. honest to god keep your money and travel on elsewhere. I don’t think I ever felt as ripped off when I left . Kip

01/01/2025: I visited tonight at 8.20 pm and ordered a burger, whilst waiting i was watching them cooking and observed the man letting the buns fall out of the rapper onto the floor he picked them up and put them on the hot plate and continued cooking, i refused my order and explained what I had observed and got my refund. Accidents can happen but the actions of this employee are unacceptable under the food guidelines, when he was asked by another member of staff he denied it, which is more annoying as I highlighted that just over him on the ceiling is cctv to show his actions. We as customers put our thrust in these food establishments to provide us with the hygiene and security of food preparation. It's not good work practice and management needs to highlight this to staff and provide training.

28/01/2025: Mikes solía ser la mejor comida para llevar de la ciudad. Recibimos hamburguesas con papas fritas de Mikes el domingo por la noche, completamente disgustados por lo que obtuvimos, el mío se suponía que era un cuarto de libra con todo y ensalada de col agregada, no era un cuarto de libra, era pequeña, no tenía queso o salsa, las papas fritas estaban empapadas y demasiados de los pequeños trozos en el fondo de la cesta. Que nos cobraran 26€ fue una vergüenza por lo que nos dieron. No volveré a comer aquí nunca más, sin duda no lo recomendaría.

13/03/2025: It says on Google it's open until 12am, I arrived tonight at 23:15pm where there was a cone blocking the drive thru entrance & the front doors were locked but everything was light up as normal. What's the point in having opening hours then?!

06/03/2025: Came in tonight ( Thursday 6th March ) just wanted to make a point in saying that not only was our food perfect but the staff handled multiple horrible customers perfectly. I am embarrassed at how rude and disrespectful customers were tonight over simple mistakes that can happen to anyone especially when it is as busy as it was. Huge shout out to the staff, no one deserves to be spoken to or treated like that at your job.
