29/09/2025: I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough to share. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of great coffee shops in the area where the staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome — I suggest going to one of those instead.

30/08/2025: Hidden gem. Had such a fab evening. Cannot fault this place, amazing food with great attentive service!
11/08/2025: Visited recently in a group of 7 and we ordered pretty much everything on the menu. Excellent friendly service and superb food, with two of each dish ordered for our group size.
Definitely recommend!

25/05/2025: disgusting. Don’t know what happened to this place. Prices keep rising every time I go there, over 4.30 for a bag of chips I now believe. Disgraceful stuff. The chips taste like hot farts and have zero flavour in the slightest. Never going here again.
10/05/2025: Today I received something they would not feed to prisoners in mount joy the fish tasted like it was produced in a Walter white met lab most tasteless and stale food I've ever had the inconvenience of eating.

27/09/2025: I visited the Malahide Póg and was really disappointed with the experience. When I sat down, the waitress cleared the table by brushing everything onto the floor, which already had bits of food (including egg) lying around. The place didn’t feel clean at all. I ordered protein pancakes with fruit and peanut butter on the side, but instead I was served pancakes with Kinder sauce. It seemed like the waitress was more focused on her phone than getting the order right. Overall, not a good experience.
05/09/2025: Their gluten free protein pancakes are so delicious and very appreciated since Malahide has minimal gluten free options. We did have to wait a while for a table since it’s such a wee place, but totally worth the wait.

31/08/2025: Me and my son were out for a late night drive around the place and we're hungry but all the places were closed except this one. Brilliant food, kind service and not bad price.
04/08/2025: Absolutely outrageous portions for the money they expect and service is awful. My counterparts in the queue were fairly merry and the staff seem to want to take advantage of that. Ordered a portion of 5 chicken tenders and a single and was charged just over €11, granted there were 5 tenders in the bag given but there was no more than 13 chips in the bag. I flagged this with staff who were dismissive and insisted this was a normal portion. I will avoid going forward. Beware of a business taking advantage of those less cognisant of what they are being handed after they've had a few pints. Dreadful.

14/08/2025: Had a lovely meal in Siam Thai restaurant on Saturday , regulars over the years . so decided to get a take away tonight .We ordered Aromatic duck and pad Thai , the aromatic duck was virtually inedible, all fat and a terrible portion , it was like scrapings of left overs . The pad Thai had very Lille chicken was dry and tasteless . Paid 33.60 to drive down to collect this . Date 14/08/25 - whoever served that up tonight needs serious training .
28/07/2025: Decent food, but overpriced and customer service is atrocious. It replaced Bangkok Thai a few years back. Sadly all the recipes were changed with the takeover. Bangkok Thais curries were much more authentic and tastier and for a fraction of the price. Skip the to go and go to Siam sit in restaurant
