14/12/2024: Absolutely thrilled with my takeaway. Myself and my mom got a fab takeaway from here. I got Red Thai Duck Curry and egg fried rice and it was the best Chinese I’ve had in my life. I will definitely order again. Just fab

09/03/2025: We went for a coffee. It takes ages to order. Siting are inside was closed at 15 o'clock at the busiest time. Staff is very slow, rest of a tables was all dirty.
02/03/2025: I have visited several times and have noticed this on many occasions. The cafe is understaffed and has inefficient workflows.
Order taking is painfully slow, tables are often dirty and not cleared before you sit down. Staff always look run off their feet with any additional asks you request feel like an inconvenience. Self serve water area is messy and even after bringing it to staffs attention was not replenished with glasses in the 40 mins I spent there. There are often little fruit flies hovering around as you eat your food.
Given their prices are comparable with other local cafes with table service this really takes away from the overall experience.
Coffee itself is ok but even for sit down service is brought out in takeaway cups. Their market section is good with a nice range of local and alternative products that you can’t find elsewhere.

For a person who managed thai restaurants.. I wouldn't normally order Chinese. May I just say 10/10.
Best take away.,Service, Quality..and price.

14/03/2025: Nice but lacks "something" ! Food is ok but not overly exhilarating and whilst the staff are pleasant there is a strange ambience in the restaurant. Would come back again but would not be rushing back . Shame. Other tapas and wine bars would get the nod ahead of here but if they opened up the shop front and maybe showed more confidence in themselves they might attract more customers and enhance their reputation.
05/03/2025: Probably the worst tapas I’ve ever had. Spanish food is famed for its excitement and fun. Every plate was exceptionally bland (except for the mussels which, ironically, were in a sauce that was incredibly salty). The fish in the fish tacos were also overcooked and the dish overall just tasted very odd. The house red was also terrible. The restaurant itself was very cool and has a lovely vibe, but the music is at complete odds with the setting. The only nice bit of food were the olives…

05/02/2025: No manners.. Cleaned my own table. Before sitting down.. Brought my plate back to counter after finishing too .. Staff member took it off me. Not a word. No thank you or eye contact. Shocking display of manners. Ongoing thing here..awful management
23/11/2024: I was with my friends in the place, and they kick us out for not buying anything. Then I bought a chocolate stick and he told us that everyone need to buy something to stay there, they place was empty and we weren't doing amything wrong

24/01/2025: Absolutely outrageous service. Ordered at 8.10pm . Rang as soon as I received my delivery at 21.39pm. Yes 1.5hrs for delivery . Explained they forgot half our order , mistakes happen and could they send it on asap . To which I was told no , the kitchen closed at 9.30pm . 10minutes previously and that I could call tomorrow if I wanted to ask for credit . I was gobsmacked .
It is the 13th hour of a complete power outage , we are next village. Zero electricity, zero hot water , zero light , zero heating, all food gone off from fridge & freezer. Totally unusable . No businesses in our village opened . We waited 1.5hrs on this delivery and because their kitchen was closed 10minutes (they were probably still cooking orders took at 9.30pm ) they couldn’t fix their mistake, such a lack of human decency and appalling customer service. reception sounded really immature & lacking in even the most basic customer training . I was told they haven't got the time to check the bags before they go out . Have you ever heard the like of it . Not decent , not decent at all . Never ever will I order from any Siam Thai again . Disgraceful
31/12/2024: Chicken satay - dry with an awful satay sauce. We didn’t finish. Ribs - worst ever. So tough with sickly sweet sauce. Red curry was lovely. Ginger chicken tasteless. Sorry to say, but really not good. We drove a distance to try what we thought would be a really good takeout.

Coast Restaurant

09/07/2024: We stayed at the Hotel and dined at this restaurant on our last night there. It is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, but is well worth the experience if you can manage to be there. The restaurant is very comfortable and well-appointed and enjoys picturesque views over the Malahide estuary. The staff are very presentable, efficient and exude typical Irish charm; they are ably led by Restaurant Manager Tony and his staff.
We chose not to opt for a starter, instead going straight for the main course. My wife chose the “Catch of the Day”, which was a whole Black Sole. It was cooked to perfection; the flesh just flaked easily off the bone. The accompanying vegetables were well cooked with just the right amount of firmness. I chose an Irish beef Fillet Steak which was again cooked exactly to perfection and therefore my liking. This was complemented with some nice wine. For a dessert course, we chose the Baked Cherry Alaska with cherry gel and roast hazelnuts. It was quite one of the most delicious desserts we have enjoyed on our travels.
The atmosphere was extremely relaxing – there was no pressure between courses. We were able to relax, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the views.
02/07/2024: Thank you so much for an outstanding experience. The food was first class. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and really added to the occasion. Thank you all, we will definitely be coming back and recommending you.
